We had a good time at Urban Tadka, Sakinaka. The ambiance is vibrant and lively, which really adds to the dining experience. The food was delicious and well-prepared, though the portion sizes felt a bit less for the price. Desserts were tasty too. Hospitality and service were average overall. Thanks to Ganesh for his support, while Mahabir could work a bit more on professionalism. The rest of the staff did a good job and were courteous. Overall, a decent place with good food and great vibes, with some scope for improvement in service and portions.

The food was good, and I enjoyed the ambience. The music was pleasant and added nicely to the overall dining experience. However, the service was noticeably slow. The staff wasn't very attentive. The biggest drawback was the billing process, which took over 15 minutes and required follow-ups. Good food and a nice atmosphere, but the service needs improvement to match the rest of the experience.

order was not properly taking we had ordered for chicken hariyali kabab and were served chicken tikka... The masala was too spicy... music too loud.. with poor lighting and decor

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to poor management and billing errors. When our bill arrived, we found that 7–8 items ordered by another table had been incorrectly added to our bill, which was unacceptable and caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we were informed that a complimentary chocolate pastry was included as part of the offer through District. However, when we asked for it, the staff told us that the pastries were already over and unavailable. This was frustrating, especially since it had been promoted as part of the dining experience. The entire evening turned into a mess because of the lack of coordination and attention to detail. The service and management fell far below expectations, and what should have been an enjoyable outing became a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.
