First of all this is not Utsav Beer Bar. It’s Utsav Family Restaurant & Bar. It’s important because when you call it a beer bar, you overlook the food part of the place. And that’s actually the good part of the place. Utsav has been taken over by the Sai Palace group of restaurants and the place opposite Filmistan now makes fabulous food. Especially their tandoori starters are terrific. Drinks are there, of course, and at very affordable prices but it’s the food which will keep you coming back for more.

Located opposite Filmistan studios Utsav has some really tasty food. We ordered Surmai Tawa Fry, Dhaba Chicken and Dal Maharani. The surmai was good but the chicken dhabewaala was amazing. Loved the onion based spicy gravy and well cooked chicken

Located near Goregaon station, very helpful staff, affordable price & good quantity food. They serve amazing Tandoori items and Biryani. They even do match screenings which is added benefit for sports fanatics.

This is our go to place when we don’t know what to eat.chicken tikka masala,dal tadka,garlic naan the best combo and they never fail with taste..they have been consistent for so many years.

I went to this place after a very long time The food is okay The restaurant is clean staffs are friendly Its good place to have a quick bite and drinks 🍺

They charge 400+10%=440/, after charging so much they don't offer a packet of peanuts or whatsoever

The ambience is amazing and service is also good…. I ordered for basa tandoori It tasted good but the fish wasn’t basa as basa never turns red in colour….. When I just suggested the manager he was like we get truck loaded of fish and we know what we serve And when I insisted on showing him a image on my phone that this is how basa looks he was like I don’t want to see anything I know what I am doing…. He is very arrogant and has no manners to talk…

Very Bad staff.. people who are serving are not at all approachable nor quite soft spoken... They dont have the happy faces as if they are forced to serve.. Inspite of normal conversations with them they are not atall soft spoken... so it makes uncomfortable to sit n relax n have drinks... sad

Waiters are very rude . We ordered dessert then they asked to shift our table so they can accommodate other people.
