I had a disappointing experience at V Lounge & Deck,despite pre-booking the premium upper deck for 20 people to celebrate my son’s birthday. First, there was only one staff member assigned to manage our group, which was completely inadequate. The service was slow and disorganized, making the entire experience frustrating for us and our guests. Second, the food quality was far from what we expected. The dishes lacked flavor, and overall, the standard was not up to the mark for the price we paid. Lastly, I paid ₹17,906 via card as the lounge does not accept Swiggy payments. For this amount, we expected a much better experience, but it felt like a complete waste of money. I’m truly disappointed and would not recommend this venue to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable celebration.
