Food is very bad quality, how can South Indian food be bad ? Needs special efforts. 3 of us had the food on 4 th Jan ‘25 at 12.30, while we were waiting to take a flight to Delhi. All of us got a stomach upset, vomiting and had a very bad time. Luckily not on the flight. They do not serve any water, you have to buy bottled water for a price. Very sad state of affairs at Vaango T 2 Mumbai.

I had a very disappointing experience at Vaango (Mumbai Airport outlet). We ordered a Snacky Combo worth Rs. 677 and the quality of food was extremely poor. The chhas (buttermilk) was spoiled, which is completely unacceptable especially at an airport outlet where hygiene standards should be strictly maintained. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. Especially the lady at the counter. We had ordered a Sprite along with the combo and simply requested an extra glass so we could pour it from the can and drink comfortably. Shockingly they refused to provide even a single extra glass and responded in a very disrespectful manner. Overall, both the food quality and customer service were terrible. I would honestly rate this outlet 0/5. Definitely not recommended.

We ate at Vaango - Ayodhya airport. The food was not fresh at all. The staff isn't equipped to handle more people because there were less food eateries. My full family got food poisoning thanks to them. We just had idli and menu vada. Please don't eat at this place.

we ordered idli and Tomato rice, idli was pathetic, the tomato rice had no hints of tomato in it the prices are too hyped compared to the quality of food they serve the ac in the space was also not working worst experience not recommended at all

poor quality of food at astronomical prices. the idli was hard and vada tasted a few days old. the sheera was also pathetic.
