Vankkaam vihar actually made me feel that they will serve authentic south indian taste for food. But I was quite disappointed with the preparation. I ordered bisibele bath which is very authentic recipe. Vegetables were cooked but they had crunch like pulao and were mixed with sambar instead of cooking them thoroughly with rice. There was also Mysore Masala dosa which didn't taste as per regular taste of Mysore masala dosa. not recommended for authentic taste lovers. Rest is good.

Overall experience is good Food quality and taste is awesome But service is quite slow and very worst Wch could be improved Washrooms are messy n full of stink and stains And restro is mosquito friendly

had south indian food here...the idli was sour & not fresh, the sada dosa was like a roti,the ragi dosa was thick, rava dosa also was burnt..sambhar served was cold. tried the pizza, which we were told earlier was made. by a trattoria chef...was thick with hardly any puree. puri bhaji...puri was like a bhatura & alu bhaji was tasteless..with no salt. only good thing was the filyer coffee.. TOTAL DISASTAR!

Very poor service by the staff. Very rude manager Sam. Worst way of talking to customer. Sam was extremely rude and refused to serve chutney and sambar with Jain food. Have never seen such a rude and disrespectful behaviour by a manager His name is Sam. Management needs to do something about it.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. The staff back answers, very noisily And there is no manager ever. The cashier and waiters run the show thinking they are the owners & act rudely. Order takes time to prepare as half of the cooking staff is always on leave
