Been to this new place that's been talked about a lot for their unique dining. Their menu consists of world cuisine literally. Just a quick glance at the menu and you will realize that some of the dishes are so unique that hardly anyone serves these in Mumbai. Basically it's an upscale lounge, Tepanayaki, Sushi bar. The ambiance is something that people admire. Best of the service with a worldclass drinks menu is fantastic. We started the evening with 2 of their signature cocktails. 1. Japanese Yolo - A whiskey sour style inspired drink with a great use of Yuzu lime. Feels very fresh, smooth with each sip. 2. Caffiene Kick - Butter washed vodka tastes like a whisky. Use of housemate coffee brew and Martini Rossa gives that bitter edge. Love this one. For food we chose a little different dishes that we saw. 1. Avocado Hummus was a delightful treat with hummus and avocado falafel tasted so good. 2. California Roll - A classic Sushi being made live at the Sushi bar is fascinating. Well balanced flavours. 3. For mains we called something unique, so ordered that. Quzi chicken from Iraq. That is basically a spicy fragrant pulao with delicious minced chicken on top. Absolutely banger of a dish!! 4. Tepanayaki - We called for this Japanese classic. Its fun watching the chef doing tricks while making this. A mix of carbs, protein, sauce this is a whole meal. Super balanced flavours. Once we were almost done we called for Pacman to end the show on a sweet note. I warn you it's huge and maybe will be difficult to finish in two.

Vario Asian Tapas Lounge is a vibrant spot with a perfect mix of lively energy and culinary delights. Known for its party vibe, it’s a fantastic place to hang out with friends or enjoy a cozy time with your partner. The ambiance is chic, with music setting the perfect mood for a fun evening. We started our evening with two unique drinks: the Japanese Yolo, a refreshing choice with distinct flavors, and the Mango Rice Rhapsody, which was a tropical delight. Both were creative and set the tone for an exciting meal. In the starters, the BBQ Chicken Pide stole the show with its smoky flavors and soft bread base, while the Dak-kkochi, skewers of perfectly marinated chicken, brought a Korean flair to the table. For the main course, we indulged in the classic Butter Chicken with Baby Butter Naan, a rich and creamy combination that was simply irresistible. To wrap up the experience, we had Baklava for dessert. Its flaky layers and sweet nutty filling were the perfect end to a delightful evening. Vario Asian Tapas Lounge offers an exceptional dining experience with a blend of global cuisines and a party-ready ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating or simply catching up, it’s a place worth visiting.

I recently dined at **Vario Asian Tapas Lounge**, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was chic and welcoming, with a cozy yet upscale vibe that’s perfect for a relaxed meal or special occasion. I started with the **Orange Juice** and **Spicy Guava**, both of which were refreshing. The orange juice was fresh and vibrant, while the spicy guava had a unique kick that balanced sweetness with a hint of spice, making it a standout drink. For the main course, I tried the **Chicken Fillet**, which was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and well-seasoned, with a subtle blend of spices enhancing its flavor. The **Tunde Paratha** was soft and flaky, a great accompaniment to the chicken. It carried a rich, buttery flavor that complemented the dish beautifully. To finish off the meal, I had the **Phirni**, which was creamy and aromatic, served at just the right temperature. The texture was smooth, and the hint of cardamom added a delightful touch to this traditional dessert. Overall, the service was attentive, and the staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. I’d definitely recommend Vario Asian Tapas Lounge for anyone looking to enjoy a mix of classic and innovative flavors.

Vario is a perfect place to explore Asian cuisine !! The restaurant also serves Afghani, Turkish & Indian dishes !! Vario has came up with special dishes across differnt countries in their menu !! The ambiance is aesthetic !! Low lightning spots makes it perfect for a romantic dinner !! It is a good place to visit with friends, family and loved ones !! We loved the electro music played in the background !! Coming to the food, we ordered !! Thai Tom Yum Soup which originally is spicy but we requested the chef to make it less spicy !! We loved the mild spicy falvour of the soup !! From the small plates we had Wild Mushroom Black Sushi from their Japanese section and Tofu Skewers from their Korean section !! Never had tofu so soft !! From the large portions we had a lavish spread of Hummus Platter and Afghani Biryani !! Biryani was so flavourful and very well balanced in taste !! Lastly we had their Turkish Baklava served with a scoop of vanila !! Vario is a must visit restaurant if you loge exploring world cuisines !! The place is perfect !! Shall visit again !!

Vario is a beautiful high end dine in restaurant, right from the entrance it’s very classy and the ambience is a nice blend of flower decor with dim lights and the music playlist was too good. Vario known for its spread out menu from different countries makes it a place for everyone to try something new from their menu. We tried the following; - Tom yum soup to start with - was a bit spicy and served with dragon roll which was a nice blend. - Korean tofu skewers - tofu was just so soft and of high quality just melted one a first bite - Black & wild mushrooms sushi rolls - something different but tasted really good - Veg cold mezzeh- was a good platter of hummus , falafel and pita bread. - Veg afghani Biryanj - super smooth and not so heavy, was served with onions and raita. - Baklava - this we found okay ish, was served with ice cream by side. Chef Geetika’s hospitality was excellent 👍 Will visit surely again for the soup and biryani.

Vario – A Culinary Trip Across Asia! Vario is a chef-driven restaurant with a team of 40 chefs bringing flavors from 48 Asian countries, and it truly delivers on variety! We started with a Budweiser and the Marrakech Mirage Martini, which was smooth and well-balanced. The Tempura Asparagus Sushi had the perfect crunch, while the Dark-kkochi had a bold, smoky flavor. For mains, the Kimchi Noodles with Korean BBQ Sauce were spicy and flavorful, and the Sri Lankan Curry was rich and comforting. Finally, the Pac-Man dessert was a fun and delicious way to end the meal! With its unique menu, great flavors, and well-crafted dishes, Vario is a must-visit for Asian food lovers!

The restaurant has a welcoming ambience and quaint decor. The menu is extensive and covers dishes from most of the asian countries and also Mediterranean cuisine. We ordered the Tempura Asparagus sushi, Vietnamese rolls, Lotus stem and Hibbachi Vegetables Teppanyaki with teriyaki sauce. It's a tapas restaurant so the portion size is small. The sushi was so crunchy and flavourful. The best dish was the teppanyaki. It tasted heavenly. The only disappointment was the lotus stem. The staff customised it for us but it didn't taste that well. The service was attentive and friendly and helped us navigate through the menu. Overall, must visit for its extensive food choices, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

A must-visit! The concept of bringing multiple cuisines under one roof is truly impressive. We tried a variety of dishes from different countries, and everything exceeded our expectations—absolutely amazing. The Khow Suey, in particular, was a standout for us. The only downside? The dessert selection could be improved. The current options are just okay.
