Hotel Sai Palace Grand is located in Malad West on Link Road. They offer very good pure veg buffet lunch and dinner option. We recently visited the restaurant on ground floor for a weekend buffet lunch with family. The ambience is calm with nice paintings and decor. It was bit crowded but we were able to get a table for us. We started with soup, salads and starters. Corn Chowder Soup was okay. Also got Garlic Bread on the side. Starters were fresh served on table including Paneer Tikka, Corn Tikki, Spring Roll, Schezwan Balls and Veg Crostini which were quite good. Salads including Pasta Salad, Apple Coleslaw Salad, Moong Chaat were good. For main course, we had Paneer Butter Masala, Veg Bhuna Masala, Dhabewale Aloo from counter with Roti/Naan served on table. We also had Dal Makhni with Jeera Rice and Fried Rice with Mix Veg in Manchurian Sauce. Also had papad, salad on the side. Main course overall was average. For desserts, they had a nice spread of Indian sweets like Moong Dal Halwa, Angoori Rabdi, Gulab Jamun and Fruit Salad and Western options like Mud Pie, Pastries, Mousse and Custard, which were quite good. Overall, the food was quite good esp starters and desserts. In short, a must visit for a family or group buffet lunch/dinner.

I had visited this place with my school buddies in December 2023 for lunch buffet. The food was good and they had about 30-35 items and mostly all of them were good, my tummy was full from starters and desserts. Rasmalai rabdi was amazing.

AVOID. Food - they have no clue what is Italian, Chinese or even Indian. All tastes same. All have Indian red spice taste. We were 15+ and noone liked food. Not worth the price. Please pay 200 more and get a 10x better buffet elsewhere. Service (and attitude) - this is worst part. I have felt this before 2 times at their Andheri joint, but I ignored. Now felt it again, its the attitude more than poor skill. Poor service and blank responses from waiters. Felt like management has told them that guests keep demanding, you do your work the way you do. Valet denied at 7pm, then started at 715pm. When asked to get the car back, valet hands over the key and tells you where is car parked! If valet gets the car, he stands in front waiting to get tipped and if you dint tip, he will rudely ask you to move your car quickly. As i said pay 200 more and go to a better place.

Food Service staff everything was very bad.. staff was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards us.. he had an argument on every little order.. BIRAJ was attending us but he was so rude.. we Had placed for non spicy starter and instead they served extremely spicy food.. pizza was burnt, couldn't have a bite.. worst experience here.. If I had an option to give 0 rating, I would but there's no option as such.. washroom were very unhygienic.. staff was not at all trained and very irresponsible.. BIRAJ was very arrogant.. we had to leave from there in middle of our meal because of the intolerable behavior of the staff.. we had been here for our diwali dinner and received this kind of behavior.. never going back here..

We the group of 20 people had gone there to had a Diwali buffet. The place was very conjusted. The spread was very less compared to the price. There was no live counter. The staff was not supportive at all. We demand for Jain food for 4 people. First they didn't agreed to serve. Than we told charge separate for Jain food so they agreed. Very bad place Sai palace the grand Malad west.

They are very rude to customers and do not value the amount of time a customer is waiting. They give priority as per their wish and convenience and the manager also becomes rude when highlighted about the inconvenience
