i absolutely adore this place when i first went to the bandra one i loved it but the biggest issue was the tables were too close and i just felt it was super congested but with the lower parel one they have fixed this problem. The fries quantity is very generous and no matter what coffee you try it will be good i promise, love that they go slightly out of the box and experiment with the sandos!!!

The food was delicious, especially the burger - Smashed Burger!! Must try. For beverages - the cold coffee and caramel matcha was a hit. Long waiting (1.5 hrs) but good food!

Ram Rajesh and Kunal hosted us at Veronicas and they were really good at the hospitality part and explaining the dishes. They definitely deserve an appreciation

Finally tried the iconic spot. Very few such places keep up to the hype. Veronicas definitely did. Akshay was super nice server as well

The food was good and staff was warm. But the place smelled funky. Maybe it raining outside. But definitely needs more ventilation.

Review Honestly, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We were given incorrect information about the opening time and valet, but patiently waited. Once inside, we were the first to order, yet tables that arrived much later were served, finished their meals, and even received their bills while we were still waiting. It took 40 minutes for a cold coffee and multiple reminders for our smash burger and sandwich. The service recovery was equally disappointing—some chips and sauce offered almost as an afterthought. For a restaurant ranked #33 in India, the lack of service, communication, and basic ownership was shocking. Sometimes it’s not about the food—it’s about how you make your guests feel. This experience was simply unacceptable.
