I went for a dinner with my kids and one of my friend and ordered for veg thai curry in main course, gravy was awful as they used stale coconut milk which is the base of thai curry as soon a I tasted I realized that gravy is stale we told the server, in return chef never came out to understand what's the problem, and cherry on top was manager denied the mistake and said " this gravy supposed to taste like this" I was shocked and disappointed at the same time as I have thai curry regularly when we go out, however we paid for tht awful curry which was for 340/- as chef and manager denied to accept the food failure, I never experienced this kind of attitude anywhere bit its a 5star or a simple dhaba, i would never recommend " Vivek restaurant" to anyone. they clearly fool you when it's about authentic food taste and forced u to pay a bigger amount for their disgusting experiments, which they forced on customers.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was painfully slow, with food arriving extremely late. What made it worse was the waiters repeatedly lying about the status of our orders — saying it was “almost ready” when nothing had even been started. This didn’t happen just once; it happened multiple times throughout the visit. There was no accountability, no apology, and no respect for customers’ time. I’ve never experienced such disorganized and dishonest service. Completely unacceptable. Being regular customer I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Service was below average. We gave them an order of peri peri chicken crispy and after 10 min the waiter came and told us that it's not available please order something else. Also in chicken kolhapuri we explicitly mentioned that don't put capsicum in it since I'm allergic to it but still they had put it in. Service was also too slow. And also when I went to the cash counter to complain about this the guy sitting was completely ignorant about this and didn't even bother to ask what the issue was.

Worst experience. We ordered chicken biryani and we were served with plain rice with no masala. When we complaint this to the owner he said you should have told it before. So now onwards if u want biryani u would have to remind them about adding masala lol. Food quality was bad it was smelling. Very bad experience.

Recently had ordered chinese from this hotel and there was hair found in the food. the owner should look into the staff who prepares the food. Very bad experience and unhygenic.
