Now normally I don’t particularly look forward to international restaurant franchises that open in India but Wagamama surprised me in the best way possible. I went to the Worli outlet and the vibe here is chill, the food is casual but it still ended up being super memorable for me. Two absolute favourites for me here were the Ebi Gyoza and Bang Bang Prawns - just so flavourful and fresh. I also liked the Khao Soi Ramen with Chicken and you should have it if you like coconut milk based curries. The Hot Katsu Chicken Curry was another great dish and the Chocolate Layer Cake was a nice, simple ending to a rather elaborate meal. The drinks here are great as well, we had the Strawberry Lemon Crush Bubble Tea and Cold Coffee. The service is solid and the food is amazing. If you like Asian food, save this spot.

We Recently Visited this New Outlet Of wagamama in worli and were truly impressed by Food and Overall Ambience We tried Mushroom and Panko Aubergine bao 8/10 Bang Bang Prawns 9/10 Teriyaki Rekon/Lotus Stem crisps 9/10 Kare buroso Ramen. 9/10 Donburi rice bowl In Gochujang Chicken 8/10 Cherry Blossom Lemonade 10/10 Overall A good Experience And the service was Fast

Amazing food. Loved the service and recommendations by VK. Ramen was the best. We tried chilli tantanmen Ramen. Also the tangy thai soup was amazing.

We did not even get in! At the entrance, the usher clearly did not know how to treat guests. We had called earlier and were told that they do not take bookings but we could come as there was enough place. When we reached, the usher was more interested in taking our details (name / mobile number) than telling us if a table for 4 was available. As we were giving her the details, a person came and overshot us - she forgot about us completely, took him in and his family followed. She said they had a booking! What??? But you don’t do bookings.. right? Yes sir, but they are taking a table ‘reserved for management’. So friends of management get preference at this restaurant and they can make bookings (or management manages it for them). Perfectly understandable but why did the usher have to tell us this and antagonise us? Ill trained. The best was yet to come. She now tells us there is only a high table available or you can wait for 20 minutes for a normal table to become available. Our call to the restaurant was only 15 minutes before we arrived and they told us there are enough tables and we can come! Again- this can happen. But wasn’t there a better way to handle the situation? No apologies / no body language displaying she understands our disappointment. Nothing. The sad truth is that this was our second visit to the restaurant. We had visited a fortnight ago and had a wonderful time - in-restaurant service was top notch and food too was wonderful. And with today’s experience, wonder if we will ever return. We walked a bit ahead and entered another restaurant- Donmai - and are enjoying ourselves!
