The Tea is extremely tasty, staff is helpful and all worldwide types of tea are available here. The sitting is clean, they give extra companiments as complimentary with their tea, lots of customisation in Tea is available as well the cookies were tasty. Definitely better than Starbucks, McCafe, Tim Horton, Etc.

Good place to have a cup of tea with bun maska/ Khari. Not a place for coffee lovers or non tea fans. Even mocktail type of drinks are with a hint of tea! But good options if you have a liking for tea for sure. I think the parla east one has better service if I remember correctly, but this one is not bad. Maybe they just want people to come and relax here, sipping their cup of tea?!

Tried the outlet in R-city mall, Ghatkopar. While the tea and sandwich were pretty good. The quantity of tea is more than what I usually consume at a time but there's no option as the restaurant doesn't give you an extra cup (not even a small paper cup) so no sharing allowed. Other than that it is a decent option for a quick tea and some snacks.

if I could give 0 stars I would. we are college students and wanted to see how their tea making process was for an assignment. no photos no videos just seeing. The kitchen was visible to us but we wanted to ask 2 or 3 questions about the preparation. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and so was the manager. we were willing to order a tea and see how it is made but the manager was just horrible to talk to, didn't even let us finish introducing ourselves and was on the phone just shaking his head (saying no) the entire time. I have family members and friends whom I would absolutely discourage from going. One college interview for 2 minutes was also denied even after offering to order a tea. the denial is not the issue it was his behaviour. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So the first thing is, the cafe is not open to outsiders so it's no point of keeping this in Zomato if you don't want outsiders to come to your restaurant. It's utterly disappointment that you add it here for visibility but if people visit they aren't allowed. An energy waste for me to travel the way. Pls be transparent on the face of the section itself, it's not available for dining so you can remove the option from there and say only delivery available which is pointless if I want to drink tea or visit a cafe.

The service person names Ambika is very rude. She doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. We just order a pot of tea and sat for 30-35 mins and she started pestering for another way. It’s not about asking if I need anything else but it’s the way she speaks. When I tried telling her that the way she spoke wasn’t nice, she became rude and said I will talk like this only. I don’t care the way you feel. It’s horrible
