I have recently visited this tea lounge at Ghatkopar outlet. Being tea lover couldn't stop from trying this place. very good ambience, neat. I had tried my comfort tea, as it was raining- adrak chai and bun maska. there are lot of options in tea milk based, without milk and savoury snacks options as well. i enjoyed it. chai was really good like proper chai with milk and proper taste of adrak they served with kharka. Overall good experience.

Decent place and good quality tea with prompt and friendly service while placing and delivering order. Only fly in the ointment was being told I have 5 minutes to leave, after I had finished my tea. While I understand other people were waiting, the request came across as a bit curt and unnecessary. Will prefer to patronize Third wave coffee or (even!!) Starbucks next time as they don’t kick you out.

This place is horrible and I will never recommend anyone to go there. When I went there the staff were rude and the tea they made had soap water in it. Not only that, but on going to tell them about the bad tea they made, the staff were fighting with themselves about something. They didn't even replace the soap tea, they said they would and then later gave me the same soap tea. I know it was the same because I saw them keep the tea on the counter and then add water and bring me the same glass, absolutely horrible service by those idiots

Terrible place. staff is even more pathetic. everytime we visit the outlet and try to order something, it's out of stock. for context, today tried ordering masala noodles, which is on the menu, but was unavailable and staff was unapologetic rather unprofessional. even the last time we visited, some more items weren't available, which were listed on the menu. it seems the staff is just unwilling to prepare anything which needs to be cooked.

The cashier denied serving maggi noodles saying it would take 20+ minutes. Thats weird considering its supposed to be a 2 minute serve product. Looked liked they were not keen on making it and instead wanted to upsell other readymade snacks.
