We a group of 5 friends came here on a Sunday morning for some good tea and snacks and had a good time. The staff is so nice and polite and the place is nice clean with good ambience. The Kulhad chai is a must have with bun maska. Overall a lovely experience .

Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge, (Kandivali West) is one of the best places I've visited as a tea lover. If you can't get enough of chai, make sure you visit their outlet and make the most of their offers and exotic spread of tea flavours.

We visited the place on a rainy day which seemed the best setting. Comfortable seating nice ambience. We loved the concept of serving tea with khakra. The teas we tried were masala and Pudina. Both were very light , felt it should be more kadak. The taste of masala tea needs to be enhanced more. Pudina chai was good. We also tried the veg panini which was delicious. Service is a bit slow but allows you time to enjoy if your with friends. It's not a place u can grab a quick tea and push off

the place is good..we ordered elaichi tea but there was 0 flavor of elaichi....did not feel like having elaichi or masala tea but normal mixture of milk and tea..we had makhana bhel which was decent enough.like khakra served with tea.

Wagh Bakri, Mahavir Nagar – what an absurd experience! I asked for a simple extra cup for my toddler daughter. They flatly refused, saying “it’s not in our policy.” When I told them to take back our order if that’s how rigid they are, they gladly carried away a ₹700 order and refunded the money – all to avoid giving one extra cup. The total order was 1330/- Rs. Clearly, their policy values a cup more than a customer. Really makes me wonder – is customer service worth less than the cost of a cup here?

Ordered 2 teas, a cake and fries. I must’ve gotten 25 fries on the plate. Yes literally 25, I can count them. We asked for an extra cup as we wanted to cool the tea for the child they refused saying it’s not allowed. It’s a completely baseless rule as a cup is washable and like chargeable paper cups, etc it shouldn’t be an issue. Bad service from Shambhu. No wonder the entire place was empty. Would not recommend

Went there on a rainy Sunday Evening to enjoy some Garam Adrak Chai... The place was a mess...had to call them twice to clean the table. After watching the rain go away the chai came and like the weather and atmosphere..IT WAS COLD!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.. LOCAL TAPRIS ARE BETTER
