Horrible Hospitality – Discriminatory Management I visited this club recently after booking through Swiggy Dineout, but I left feeling humiliated and frustrated. Because of a leg injury, I was wearing Crocs as they were the only footwear I could manage. The female staff member at the entrance was extremely disrespectful. I tried to explain that this was a medical necessity, but she showed absolutely no empathy and was very rigid and rude. A club should be able to distinguish between a casual fashion choice and a medical requirement. The management is clearly poorly trained in basic hospitality. It was a very negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. Save your money and go somewhere that actually treats its guests like human beings. Truly a terrible experience.

Food Poisoning: I visited this place in Malad on 1 March 26 with 3 friends of mine. I ordered Chicken Kung Pao Kay for myself as others were Veg and they ordered Kung Pao Potato and Chana Chaat. Later we also ordered Veg Pizza which was shared by all. From the time I reached home, I started having Loose Motions and Vomiting. No other friend of mine had any issues and were all ok. I strongly feel that it was because of the Chicken Kung Pao Kay I ate as I did not have anything else different than what my friends had. Kindly check before you eat if the food is fresh or stale.

I’m extremely frustrated with the experience at your venue. We had a confirmed 5:30 PM booking, yet we were made to wait for over an hour due to another event. While booking, we were clearly told the music would start at 8:00 PM, but upon arrival, we were informed it would only begin at 10:30 PM. Because of this miscommunication and long wait, we had to leave from the entrance itself without getting to enjoy anything. This was a very disappointing experience and showed poor coordination and disregard for customers’ time.

Horrible service—definitely not recommended. Table allocation seems to be based on personal contacts rather than the actual waiting list. Despite booking a table through Swiggy, it turned out to be completely pointless. People who arrived after us were given priority seating, which is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Mr. Lawrence—if this is the work ethic being followed, it seriously needs reconsideration.

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant added a service charge to the bill without informing or asking us. This is a wrong and unfair practice, as service charge in India is optional and cannot be imposed by default. Customers should not be forced to notice it later and then request removal. Transparency matters. Request the management to follow fair billing practices and respect consumer rights
