We went to this place for a bday dinner with family.Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Would really like to thank our attendee who helped us to get all these delicious dishes. What we ordered is : Egg fried rice Chicken Lollipops - These were lips smacking.. Chicken Gravy- Indeed so good In Drinks LIIT - This drink was really refreshing and absolutely made up to the mood with a good volume I must say. GIN - You guys already know about it Coming to the other factors: I had a grt time during my dinner,here. Cheeers to this place 🥂

My family and u have been visiting this place for over 15 years now. It was a good place previously but now it’s just pathetic. The staff knows me and my friends very well since we have been regular for a long time but the staff is just rude apart from one or two people. They just don’t care about the customer they just want to make a bill take money and that’s all. Customer satisfaction, building a good rapport is not in their guidelines. They can’t accommodate simple things for their guests be it old guests or new ones they just don’t care. They don’t take any feedback, when u told them I too am from the service industry and could give you some advice they said humare yaha aise hi chalta hai. They have these old uncles at high positions who are bent on their own style of rude service. Half of these uncles won’t understand simple requests and just deny you and say humare yaha nahi hota. It makes me sad to see the downfall of a place which was once a crowd favourite. It used to be packed and busy 4-5 years back. We had to wait to get a table and now because of their bad service and leisure attitude of the staff they are just going down. New Year’s Eve this year the place was empty which used to be full once upon a time. The bar manager, the cashier and a couple of captains are good people there rat of the staff is lazy, rude and don’t give a shit about the guest. It makes me really sad to write this but their attitude is going to make this place shut down soon!!! The food is decent, nothing that will blow your mind but nothing that’s bad either. All in all once a good place has just turned down to being mediocre to worst just because of their laziness, unwillingness to satisfy a guest by simple service and the rude behaviour and tone of their elderly stupid managers who I feel are just part of the owners family who couldn’t get any other job because of their attitude. U sincerely wish the owner to go out and see how other restaurants accommodate their guests and treat their guests and see what all other new great establishments are doing just so this place doesn’t go to the dumps. Me and friends for one will never be going back after our last encounter a week ago. If they treat their old and regular customers this way imagine how they’d be with new ones. To summarise everything if you really want to eat their food just have it home delivered no need to go their and deal with their rude staff and ruin your day. That’s my honest opinion. Food okay Service worse than horrible Pricing very high which they don’t deserve. Avoid if you can. There’s better restaurants than this. Neelam bar and restaurant in waghbil 1000 times better than this shit place Gravity dine and bar again at waghbil much much better than this shit place. Don’t visit this shit place.

This place is pathetic on the parameters of service and customer interaction. I had a simple fries here and they gave us ketchup with it and that too with a FLY. When I noticed it and told the waiter about it he was way too much cool as nothing has wrong with it. The manager is also lethargic with same attitude.

Food hygiene is pathetic. I have ordered moong daal masala. I found noodles in the same. Look at the photo. Looks like captain was drunk. There is no chance to get this by mistake. Really disappointed

Pathetic restaurant. Poor service. Just existing due to monopoly. Not worth spending a single penny. Never seen credit card pos working here, staff is never prompt or curtious.

According to the price food quality was worst. The food seem to be stale. The oil used was i guess very bad quality.
