I actually feel generous while rating 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐ Visited Wings on Fire recently and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. 🍽️ What We Ordered: Bangkok Dry - Paneer This dish was decent. The flavors were balanced and the paneer was cooked well. A good starter, though nothing extraordinary. Alfredo Pasta - White Sauce This was the biggest letdown of the meal. The pasta was overly sour, which completely overpowered the creamy richness expected from an Alfredo. The grated cheese on top made it feel like a low-effort street-style version rather than a proper restaurant dish. Honestly, a homemade version would have tasted far better. 🥤Drinks: (Given it was a dry day) Fresh Lime Soda – Simple and refreshing. Ginger Ale – A safe, standard choice. 💸 Service & Payment Experience: Very disappointed with the payment process. Despite allowing table bookings through Zomato, they refused to accept Zomato Pay, stating that payments go to a different vendor. This lack of transparency is misleading and inconvenient for customers expecting a seamless experience. ⚖️ Overall Verdict: The food was a mixed bag, with the pasta being a serious miss. Add to that a payment policy that borders on deceptive, and it’s hard to justify a return visit. The place has potential, but right now, it's not living up to it.

We went for a mother's day lunch, very slow service, waiters are not trained properly to serve. The worst part of lunch was the food - totally bland and overpriced. We ordered paneer butter garlic and chicken seekh kabab - both bland to the level of not eatble category. Also the mocktails - served straight out of juice cans-dunno why they were called mocktails, worst pinacolada I ever had- the coconut powder was n9t even mixed properly. When asked to talk to manager-he just replaced the bland paneer dish with one more bland and fries potato dish. We spent almost 1000 rs for no real food or drinks. Please do not visit the place unless you want to waste your money...

The worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. Even after 1 hour at the place we did not get to sip a drink. Finally when drinks were brought to the table there was a cockroach in one of the glasses. The staff and manager explain that they did pest control previous day so cockroaches are coming out. Toilet was extremely dirty. Charges are close to 5 star restaurants but the service and hygiene is worst than a dirty dhaba. Staff in unapologetic about finding insects in the place. We decided to leave the place, The only solace we had is our cover charge was returned back while leaving.

As we have visited this place so many times before,but unfortunately for this time it was a very pathetic experience to be there.Not even the service but the table was all crowded with so many cocroaches and on asking we have been told that sorry as pest control done yesterday it is happening like this which was not at all acceptable after paying this much.Its not a complaint but a genuine experience which will make us to think before we plan our next evening here.

IF you want FREE COCKROACHES in your food you can visit WINGS ON FIRE. As you can see in their bottle of sauces there were cockroaches. On complaining they are explaining that 2 days before they had done pest control so that's the reason for cockroaches coming in the food. They have just ruined my world cup experience had to go to another restaurant for food.

Not recommended at all. Unnecessary cover charges, slow service, ambience and crowd not upto the mark. Food somehow manageable, not the drinks part.

The live is music is not good. Food is average. Zomato pay doesn’t work. Overall loads of things are required to be improved.
