The best lounge ever visited i really liked the place We can visit here frds and family The vest thing is they serve alcohol at MRP They also have many offers Bt they need to improve their service and staff people Bt the food was very tasty😋 I ordered for fast food- Pizza, Manchurian and Noodle

We really had a great time here. Crowd, ambience and music is amazing. Mr. Yogesh helped us choose the right cocktails for our party. A must visit place and amazing Hospitality.

One of the best lounges in the city! A wide range of drinks on the menu and a subtle ambience with jazz music played in the background. The menu is a bit heavy on the pocket but happy hours can definitely make you feel high and light ;)

The ambience is classy. This place has both good food and drinks. A rare combination. The service is good and you can bank on their recommendations for both food and drinks.

Need to get their act together Over crowded: loosing its glory, crowd is bad with a fight just about to happen. the managers are only interested to collect the 500/1000 from every guest (which is not being accounted for- going into their own pockets) The OLD DJ is not there any more the new DJ plays good music but loves talking & yelling into the mic (get real let the music play) BAR TENDERS are very good and manage the crowd very well. Variety and options of drinks are more than any other place. The hotel lobby is chaotic with people all over the place talking loudly and had more than the drinks they can handle.

It's a discotheque supposedly but the song choice was sleepy to say the least...slow latest tracks from hindi movies depressed everyone around...it's extremely credited poorly managed...I got misbehaved with a couple of times while moving through the crowd to use the washroom outside...the bar tender was absolutely inattentive and obviously I guess because I just wanted water.. I wouldn't go back to this place

I am staying at the Hotel , The Entry was good and the Bar at the time of Corona was full. no wonder Maximum cases are in Maharashtra.. The restaurant bar men over charged me for the beers . The menu clearly says 600plus taxes I was charged 900 per beer. And 650 for a pack of Marlboro lights.. Same is 450 plus taxes when bought yesterday.

Staff at the Taj president are extremely rude especially Kailash Mare who's the food and beverages manager. Has no manners to talk to customers will interrupt customers while they are talking. Also they fail on their promises for arranging call back to customers.Taj has lost its standards and credibility.Quality of food not upto mark.Taste of Pizza were atrocious.If you are looking for better service and hospitality can visit ST Regis very staff and managers our very humble and will make sure to keep guest comfortable

One of the guys from the crowd; touched me inappropriately. In my self-defence, I slapped him. However, the bouncer didn't even react to the situation. Very unprofessional staff. He might belong to some known family that's why I think got covered. I will never visit again. Horrible experience!
