Afyer nearly 10 years of patronizing woodiside inn colabq, the Bandra branch delivered an unacceptable experience Incident One: Our chicken skewers arrived spoiled. We informed our server Rahul, who said he would check and never returned. When we called him again, he claimed he was on break ands howed no further interest in resolving the issue. Incident Two: Our server Judy asked us to leave three times, stating a reservation was at 7 PM. We are a party of seven with orders exceeding 15,000 INR. We requested the bill at 6:30 PM. Judy did not bring it until after 7:15 PM, despite repeatedly pressuring us to leave. When we departed, the table remained unoccupied. Incident Three: During happy hour, we discovered our vodka was diluted. We asked server Chetan to compare the sixty ml vodka he served us with a fresh pour from the bottle. The difference in taste and smell was evident. He refused to acknowledge this and did not adjust the bill. We were initially charged 15,000 INR. Upon reviewing the bill, we found we had ordered four rounds of drinks but were charged for five rounds. Only after we pointed out this billing error did they remove the extra charge and reduce the total to 13,000 INR. Service was slow, billing was inaccurate, and management was indifferent. This does not reflect the Woodside we once knew.

hated the tempeh sandwich that I ordered... for 800 rs. I didnt get the worth... very very disappointed with the quality, as a takeaway i didnt get any side fries.. I really felt cheated as the patties was very very oily, no taste, the lettuce was stale and in general the taste wasn't very good.... I felt ripped off

We waited 40 minutes for our beers only to be told they were out of the beer we wanted. Waiter barely showed up to take our orders, we had to get up and hunt down the waiter ourselves. Way too crowded and noisy.
