Ordered 1) Thai Basil Paneer 2) Mexican pot rice 3) Sichuan Marbles 4) Ravioli Pasta 5) Pomegranate Cranberry cooler Thai Basil Paneer - 4/5 Good taste good portion. Mexican Pot rice 3/5 - The rice to Beans + Guacamole + Salsa + Veggies ratio is very ok . Too less of toppings with rice given. Taste wise ok Sichuan Marbles - 2.5/5 - The cheese just isn’t Cheesing and way too spicy for anyone . Ravioli pasta - 1.5/5 - 5 small pcs of Ravioli with some very different red / brown sauce . The portion and taste both are missing Mocktail - 3.5/5 - Cranberry overpowers the pomegranate but does the job Great ambience big space good service but need a lot of improvement

The food was average at best and the Chinese starters all tasted the same Further the Katsu curry was more like red Thai coconut curry. Definitely not at all advisable if you are a Katsu curry fan. Complete disappointment with that dish Further the wait staff was all over the place and not coordinated as we had to update different servers about our order being delayed

Zero stars if I could. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. We arrived at 7:00 PM, and despite customers who came at 7:15 PM and 7:20 PM receiving their food before us, we were still waiting until almost 8:00 PM. The staff couldn't even explain what went wrong. The food was equally disappointing. We ordered the Takatak vegetable, but it tasted like an ordinary matar sabzi—overly spicy, poorly prepared, and nowhere close to what the menu suggested. Honestly, the version made at home is far better. I genuinely don't understand what they're charging for. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of concern from the staff, especially Sujoy, who seemed least bothered about the delay or our dissatisfaction. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no sense of customer service. Rustico seriously needs to improve its service, staff training, food quality, and taste. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I regretted visiting this place. None of the food we ordered tasted great. The mushroom sandwich was kind of average but the ravioli, the spicy sichuan balls and nasi goreng tasted below average. Only visit for drinks. The food is very bad.

It was a very disappointing experience. The place was extremely noisy, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the time there. The ambiance was poor and did not meet our expectations. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience.

The restaurant is a fish market. slow staff and very noisy restaurant... had to walk out within 5 mins
