I recently visited Wow Chicken and unfortunately, there was nothing "wow" about it. I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Burger, which turned out to be completely pathetic. It was tasteless, cold, and the bread was stale and far from soft. To make matters worse, the fried chicken I was served was equally disappointing. It lacked any flavor, was also cold, and gave the impression that it had been sitting out for hours. As a chef myself, I feel compelled to point out that your staff needs proper training. Serving food like this is unacceptable. If you want to survive in this competitive market, a serious change in taste, quality, and service is essential. Right now, it's a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless significant improvements are made.

This was the worst experience. The food was so terrible it gave me a stomach ache. The fried chicken is nothing but overfried bread crumbs, there was no chicken. Plus it tasted so bad, felt like eating crackers. The BURGER was HORRIBLE. The bun was expired and chicken was so undercooked, felt like vomiting. Mayonnaise that they give is gel and water with no taste at all. I really feel i am going to get food poisoning. Never in my life i am getting a Wow Chicken again.
