One of the most disappointing dinner experiences I’ve had recently. Visited around 10 PM with my wife post shopping, and the overall service quality was far below expectations for a brand like WOW! China. What went wrong: • Khaali Thali (10 items): Not available. • Burmese Khow Suey: Not available. • Thums Up: not chilled. We then ordered the Chicken Overload Sizzler – average at best, lacking flavor and presentation. The only thing perfectly chilled was the 250 ml Coke that came with it. Next, the Schezwan Rice with Chicken Chilly arrived completely pale and bland — no chilli, no spice, no taste. When asked, the server casually replied, “We serve it like this.” No apology, no willingness to check or assist — just indifference. To finish off, the POS machine wasn’t working, adding to the frustration. Summary: This outlet clearly struggles with staff training, basic customer service, and kitchen consistency. Dishes unavailable, poor communication, and no sense of guest engagement — disappointing from start to finish. Verdict: Below-average food, untrained staff, and poor service culture. Needs urgent managerial attention before it can justify carrying the WOW! brand name.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wow China. We ordered a vegetarian bowl with paneer chilli, but instead we were served veg rice that contained chicken pieces. We had already eaten most of the rice before realizing something was wrong. When we tried to cut the “paneer” because it was unusually hard, we discovered that they were actually chicken pieces. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for someone like me who is a vegetarian and comes from a Jain family. Accidentally serving non-vegetarian food to a vegetarian customer is a serious mistake and cannot be taken lightly. The staff only apologized and tried to shift the blame to another staff member, but the responsibility lies with the entire team. A simple “sorry” is not enough for such a careless mistake. The food quality was disappointing, the handling was poor, and the experience was extremely upsetting. A restaurant must have proper checks in place to ensure such incidents do not happen, especially when customers specifically order vegetarian food.

ordered for hot garlic noodles with paneer chilli and manchow soup such a big disappointment manchow soup had more flavour of veg oyster mushroom sauce lack the punch of ginger, garlic and coriander. The portion of the meal bowl is ok but again the taste is really pathetic no value for money... I guarantee the Chef is not well trained bcoz the cuts of paneer was very small and uneven so that's what affected portion size, more of chings chilli sauce was use to set the spicyness of the noodle. the colour of paneer chilli was not appearing well bcoz lack of dark soya and the paneer that was deep fried has absorbed flavours of oil bcoz those were not fried at right temperature. seems oil has not changed. wake up to the reality team.... pathetic experience.

it was a very bad experience as the staff Chandni was least bothered about our order. Firstly wrong order was served and Zarina had punched the wrong order where I had mentioned I need rice in sizzlers as I had already ordered a noodles item. Chandigarh seemed to have more important work over her phone rather than taking care of what customer request are. no smile on the face while talking

the worst customer service,u guys are not at all customer centric. u guys don't care .it's been thrice that I have been told that the new thali is not available.ohh common guys it's Sunday and how can u be out of stock .if u don't want to sell thali don't keep it in the menu .please remove it .this is just to maintain the order value .will never return to u .thanks u

pathic service visited trice but no proper assistance the counter person gives importance to phone and not to customer we have to wait for them to get free from there chats on mobile even the food provided was cold and when provided the review or complained about service the attendent was not bother
