I had a great experience at Wow! China, Inorbit Mall. It was my first time visiting, and the staff made it really easy for me. The person at the counter gave excellent recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely spot on. I didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the service was quick and smooth. The food was delicious, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

below average food ... wanted chk hot and sour soup however they only had Manchow soup..which was not upto the mark..the soup was dominated with the taste of corn starch slurry... Chilli chicken. was just bell peppers and chk peices tossed in Soya sauce...very disappointing

Hello, Today afternoon we visited Wow China the one located at Inorbit Mall Malad foodcourt. On visiting we saw a new combo running khalli combo @299. On asking the staff there what combo is this she said madam hum yeh order nahi le sakte hai bahot order hai, if u can't take it then why have to kept the offer on display, This shows that your team is very inefficient.  Later after insisting she said ok I will take it but it will take 45 to 50 mins can anyone wait for almost an hr to get a meal in today's generation.After pleading her to please do the same quickly she said I will try n deliver it in 30 to 35 mins. The girl at the cash counter was extremely rude to talk . Finally we got the order after 30 to 35 mins the entire food was low grade,the food was stale it was smelling,except the momos rest everything was cold as it is taken out from the fridge. The meat balls,chicken gravy potato chilly potato starter,rasgulla everything was cold as if it was just removed from the fridge n given to us. Athe rasgulla was so hard we couldn't even break it with yhe spoon which was provided.  The female staff was pathetic they have been not at taught how to talk to the customer,extremely rude n arrogant.  We left the food halfway since almost everything was stale. The entire food n money got wasted.Later in 5 mins I started feeling stomach cramps n vomiting,immediately I vomited. We ordered 2 non veg combo in which only the one chicken gravy had 2 pc of chicken momos n meat balls had chicken rest everything was filled with potatoes . I request you to raise a refund else I will be forced to expose this on all social media platforms n even to FSSAI so that they can take immediate action on the same n make sure to take strict action against you'll for serving stale n cold food to the customers which could have been hazardous to life. For your records my token number was 45 n n my payment method was gpay.Copy of the bill is attached as a proof. Awaiting your positive response.

I’ve had the worst experience today. They sell something called manchurian tikki’s instead of balls which are flat and undercooked. You can see the corn flour on the Tikki. Even after complaining, there was no solution given. They claim this is cooked. No accountability. And their quantity has also gone down significantly. Extremely disappointed.

we bought chicken triple fried rice of which half the bowl was filled with dry noodles which took up most of the space. then the bowl was left with hardly few bites of rice. the gravy had only two very small pieces of chicken. and all this for 349. not worth even 149 in a mall. never eating in wow china ever

I asked at the counter whether Veg Kurkure Momos is available. The guy said yes it. And then he made the bill for Paneer Kurkure Momos. And then later served me fully burnt and broken Momos. Pathetic service and management.
