Yauatcha is fabulous, one of my favorites. It's a thirteen-year-old restaurant. The food is always spot on. Service is great. Food comes hot. It's like a well-oiled machine

Prawn cheung fun was excellent and so were the peking dumpling. Tofu soup was good too. Gagan gave excellent service and very good recommendations

Mixed feeling this time. Now a regular at their kolkata outlet, the BKC joint missed that warmth. Their presentation is universal in all outlets and yet the cloche over the soup was missing while serving. Also avg hot & sour soup . The wow feeling was absolutely missing. If it wasn’t for the red fruit fromage, will totally pass the joint now. Still waiting for kolkata outlet to reintroduce it on their menu.

The drink was awful, despite sending it back with the first sip, they did not remake it and tried to fix the same one, then I refused to continue being experiment upon, they still made another awful version despite my refusing multiple times and then had the audacity to charge me for it. Service was very slow, glitch in the fire alarm which kept blasting for 15 mins, bad experience and a migraine for free. Yauatcha used to be my favourite- never coming back

A restaurant that started so well. Today they wouldn’t make a booking without a security deposit. The avoidable arrogance is showing big time. Time for them to go down and go down, they will. It’s guaranteed. Their rating has already started going down. No hospitality left in this place. Shame on you Yauatcha! You will learn it the hard way.

They made us wait for 20 mins downstairs and then asked us to move on the 1st floor in the restaurant & kept us waiting & waiting ..
