Had a really nice experience at Yeti – Himalayan Kitchen in Khar! The place has a lovely vibe, and the food was great. Special mention to Layola, who was super helpful and recommended some really good dishes. The Ema Datshi and momos were especially good and are definitely a must-try! Overall, a great experience with good food and lovely service. Would definitely visit again! 😊

Had a lovely dining experience at Yeti! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour, and the service was excellent. What I really appreciated was that we never felt rushed. The staff let us relax, take our time, and truly enjoy our meal. Great food, warm hospitality, and a wonderful experience overall. Definitely worth visiting!

Yeti is a vibe. Calm atmosphere, seriously lip smacking food, lovely Nepali music, I got transported back to simpler times. 10/10 recommend even for solo dates!

The place definitely has a vibe, and the ambience was nice, but unfortunately, the food was not up to the mark. We ordered the Yeti Special Thukpa, which was actually good and something I enjoyed. The Laughing was just okay. However, the Dachi with bun was a complete waste of money. The Dachi was way too much thick and had way too much cheese, which I really didn’t enjoy. Dachi is a dish from my hometown, Darjeeling, so I was especially disappointed. I never thought I’d say this, but after trying it here, I honestly don’t even feel like having the dish anymore. The peanut chutney also smelled strange. I informed the server, and she later brought us a fresh one, but by then we had already finished eating. The dining experience itself was pleasant, but what really shocked me was seeing the staff clearing food from the tables and then eating the leftovers near the bar counter, right at the entrance. That was extremely unpleasant to witness and definitely left a bad impression. Overall, the ambience and vibe were good, but the food quality and what I witnessed regarding the leftover food really disappointed me. I expected much better.

Very disappointing experience. We specifically ordered vegetarian Yeti Momos and clearly informed the waiter multiple times that we only eat vegetarian food. Despite this, we were served chicken Yeti Momos by mistake. Unfortunately, my husband, who is vegan, had already taken a bite before we realised that the momos were non-vegetarian. This was extremely upsetting, especially because we had explicitly communicated our dietary preference more than once. Mistakes can happen, but when it comes to dietary requirements, the restaurant needs to be much more careful and responsible. We expected better attention from the staff and are very disappointed with this experience.

The food was below average. Anyone who has visited Nepal, Tibet, or Bhutan and has had a good experience with authentic Nepali and Newari cuisine will be really disappointed. They are selling a lie in the name of authenticity. The management also seems a bit inexperienced. First, we had to wait at the reception because they claimed we didn’t have a booking, even though we did. Later, we were made to wait for no apparent reason despite there being around five empty tables. Eventually, we were moved to one of them after about 20 minutes.

We waited for more than an hour for our food order even though we were told it would take 20 mins.But even after an hour there was no explanation for the delay so we had to ask around from one waiter to another but no explanation. Yeti used to have good food and impeccable services but it was the wrost experience
