AVOID AT ALL COST!! To start with, the entire restaurant has a weird musty smell and looks extremely ill maintained. No hygiene seems to be followed and the staff is clueless about the menu. We ordered the Chicken Kentucky Sizzler and it was the worst sizzler we have ever had. Left more than half the food because there was no taste and the garlic sauce that they pour on all their dishes is just loaded with cornflour. Complete waste of money and time. Moreover, they give you a hand written bill which was a surprise since the outlet is inside a mall and even a standalone concessionaire gives proper printed bills.

Had the worst dining experience of my life. Was eating with my family when suddenly a cockroach popped up right onto my little daughters plate..the lady staff / attendant was so rude and arrogant when we told her about it. Instead of apologising, she actually raised her voice ,told us that we were creating a scene because we wanted a discount/ free meal and showed us the door ..it was so shocking!! Horrible unhygienic place and very very bad attitude and behaviour of lady attendant.

unhygienic food unhygienic place god alone knows what happens in the kitchen then found cockroaches on table n under table the staff seems least bothered about it when asked and the service was pathetic food was also not made the way other branches of yokos serve horrible experience

I think the beggers outside my house get better food compared to what's served here. service experience, quality of food, hygiene all of it was horrible plz do a favour on the human race and shut this outlet.

Terrible place. The staff is very clueless about stuff, food takes forever and above that, the order is also wrong. I honestly have no clue how this place is still working.

I have never eaten cold sizzler in my life.. the quality of steak eas really bad and chewy.. i also ordered fried rice for kids and they were undercooked

Very unhygienic place to eat, cockroaches running around , got to the notice of manager but he was indifferent . We regret visiting this place.
