To start with, they gave us two bowls of soups with one missing. When we asked for it, they gave a steel spoon saying they don’t have enough ‘soup spoons’, we said nothing. They hurriedly served us, paid no heed to wanting tissues, we said nothing. Upon waiting for almost 29 mins, we called one of the servers to enquire about the pending order, he came back to us and said ‘here’s your bill’. Naturally, shocked, we asked what about the pending order - he goes, ‘oh I’ll check and send’. We didn’t take the pending ramen. They charged almost 150₹ as ‘staff contribution’. For what? For pathetic service. That’s one way of running a restaurant and making profits. Not only was the food very mediocre, the service was abysmal.
