Ziya never fails to impress. I highly recommend the non vegetarian platter of assorted snacks. The mutton Galouti kebab is succulent and delicate, the prawn was grilled to perfection & so was the chicken. Incredible quality of food. Even the complimentary finger food including the khakhras, papads and the chutneys were great too! The staff was kind enough to give us each a complimentary dessert of coffee flavored creme brûlée. Despite contemporary Indian dining being a fairly slippery slope that very few can master to create well, Michelin Star winner chef Vineet Bhatia definitely aces his creations with finesse. I highly recommend Ziya, thank you for the brilliant experience as always.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ziya, and the experience was truly delightful. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was equally impressive; the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. As for the ambiance, it was elegant and soothing, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fine dining experience with top-notch food, service, and atmosphere!

An exquisite dining experience! The ambience exudes elegance and warmth, perfectly complementing the thoughtfully curated interiors. Every detail, from lighting to seating, added to the overall charm of the space. The food was nothing short of exceptional — beautifully presented, rich in flavour, and clearly crafted with passion. Each bite was a celebration of culinary artistry. Impeccable service and a serene atmosphere made the entire visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for those who appreciate both aesthetic and gastronomic finesse.

One beautiful place to take your family for dinner . It’s luxurious and serve your delicious food. I had the best dal makhani in Mumbai . Dessert was yum too. Staff was kind all the time . Thank you for great memories

Unfortunately very average to disappointing experience. here's what happened 1. reservation time moved from 7:30 to 9;45 they said it was a Zomato glitch, fine. then when we arrived at 9;45 made us wait 15 min - very sad 2. forgot to bring a shikanji drink despite being reminded twice 3. the starters esp the sambar utthapam were forgettable. the utthapams were rubbery. The mains of lobster and ghee roast were still good which is why I give it 3 and not 1 star. finally they did give us an ice cream complimentary dessert. while i appreciate the gesture the overall experience fell far short of a 5-star hotel. please try better. thanks

Contrary to popular opinion, sadly, I had a disappointing experience at Ziya. The food was average and below. (I write this as my stomach continues to feel queasy…). You get far better fusion at Bombay Canteen or even Urban Foundry. The service, terrible. Considering it’s a really expensive fine-dining restaurant, the staff was silly and not at all becoming of a place of this stature. The server did not know how to serve properly, she kept interrupting our business lunch multiple times with how are you liking the food, dropping the fork on our host, not picking up the extra used plates… to just point a few things. The service was, of course, ridiculously slow! I sincerely hope someone from the management reads this and reaches out to me. I am happy to give constructive feedback.

We had dinner at Ziya on Monday. I had specially booked it for a guest from the UK. We selected the tasting menu hoping it will be quicker. There were 8-9 courses of meals (I am not sure if I liked those barring the fish). Each course was served after at least 10-15 minutes of wait. It was frustrating to wait. Cherry on the top or rather hair strand on top of my lobster killed my appetite. With mild apologies the incident was put aside. Not impressed at all. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We dined this evening for a birthday dinner. Food was below average and service was far from Oberoi standards. Would have rather had a sumptuous meal at a stand alone restaurant like copper chimney or the likes. The staff attitude and hospitality was shockingly miserable ! Food was half cooked, breads were chewy! Would neither dine here ever again nor recommend it to anyone !
