Beautiful cozy place for an early dinner date! Mind you , the last order is at 8 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the Christmasy ambience. We tried the following dishes Thukpa- homely and delicious Cream of Broccoli soup -nostalgic, warm comfort food Carbonara pasta with bacon- creamy with bacon bits Grilled fish- the lemon butter sauce with capers was divine! And the spinach was a healthy addition! Apple crumble with custard- average and the toffee pudding- totally worth the hype All in all we had our bellies full and hearts wanting more! The history of the manor just added to the mystery. What a Beautiful place! Looking forward to visiting again…

It's such a beautiful cafe in Landour. One must plan a visit to this place for amazing architecture and good food. Pasta and Latte are a perfect partner to enjoy the views !

this is supposed to be old world British charm mussoorie is so famous for..we went for lunch after a really long hike.. there is indoor and outdoor seating... outdoor is nicer because obviously the gorgeous views..we ordered an aglio olio pasta Margherita pizza baked potatoes with mince lamb and a diet coke...pizza was simple and tasty... crispy...pasta was Al dente..slightly spicy...baked potatoes were really yummy...it is slightly expensive..but there are few options to eat in landour and you can try eating here once... service is attentive and polite.. ps: the bread basket one can avoid... nothing special about it

Emily's in Landour offered a delightful dinner experience. The colonial atmosphere and royal ambiance added a special touch. The cheezy garlic bread and the chicken and mushroom risotto were exceptionally tasty. Although a bit on the expensive side, the overall vibe makes it worth trying for a memorable dining experience.

As mentioned by a few people before me, the food was below average, and overpriced. Ordered roast chicken that was over-cooked, tough and leathery to eat. Had visited with high expectations + it was my birthday, so we were hoping to celebrate with good food, but ended up being disappointed. If Emily’s is on your itinerary for Landour, you can skip

While Rockeby Mansion is truly an old time charm preserved in time, Emily's is just so disappointing. The food is what we call 'college canteen food' with most dishes doused in extra cheese and extra spices and extra whatever they think will please the crowds. We ordered the beetroot salad, sun dried tomato nanzaah and baked potato with spinach. Of the three, only baked potatoes were good. Nanazah (their version of pizza) was terrible with the whole pizza doused in packet bought cheeze. The beetroot salad was under-seasoned and very heavy ( completely opposite to the light and warm beetroot salad that tug our hearts) and we ended up returning it. The chef was nice enough to come out and take our feedback. But that was it. He suggested we ordered (not complementary, but try another option) which was their sticky toffee pudding, and it was just about ok. A truly underwhelming experience from such a highly rated place.

For the average quality & highly priced food, the services offered are dismal. Incase you aren’t a guest at their hotel they do not provide access to their wi-fi (a basic necessity today) nor do they allow entry in their public lounge.

We got a brownie, to go, for a birthday, and it was stale, and hard. Not to mention super expensive.

If you do decide to go here, go only for the colonial style villa. Highly overpriced for the average food that you get. On top of it, the service standards are way below par. We had to wait for 1 hr for a pasta dish and baked potatoes and the servers just seemed confused as to whether the order has been actually even passed on to the kitchen or not
