Visited for lunch at around 2 PM on a Sunday with a group of five, including three children. We were seated promptly, but then left waiting for over 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. When I raised the issue, the gentleman behind the counter responded with an extremely dismissive attitude. He insisted on taking my phone number before accepting the order, and when I declined to share it, he refused to take our order altogether. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it’s surprising to see a business turn away a paying party of five over something as unnecessary as a phone number.

Terrible service. We ordered pasta which was bland. After the first round of service everything was really slow and when we ordered more after 10 mins of waiting the manager came to us and said it would take 20 mins or more, and said wait or just cancel. After we cancelled and we’re almost leaving another waiter came with the food. They were very disrespectful never coming back here. Point: the food was not from the restaurant and came from outside that we ordered

So as bieng from delhi i had a very good expectation that things will be good but we started with bieng served water with the smelly glass wiped with the bad cloth then was given monchow soup with the old noodles and smelly tastless very worst experience would help other tourists too think twice before giving your oders highly wasted my tym!!
