Located just at the camel back road, with an open view to the entire road, shops and travellers. Good service with a quiet ambience, comfortable seating for 2 to a large family. Food ordered: Chicken Manchow Soup - 5/5 Chicken Dum Biryani - 4/5

The food was very tasty and ambience is good. We ordered mutter panner, butter nan and bhatti chicken which was served hot. It was a nice experience.

we were the only people at the restaurant ordering lunch for a group of 5, and it took them an hour or so. They kept forgetting items. basically, very slow service. the food tasted ok.

When was the last time you had tandoori Paneer Tikka, floating in the gravy of oil? We were quite disappointed at Sandoz Mussorie the other evening not just because the food was not good but service and attitude towards the customers was not sincere We had asked for tandoori paneer tikka in order to have an oil free meal. It looked totally shriveled, with one half burnt capsicum and lots of oil in which it was floating, it was served cold ! When asked to warm it they even warmed the salad !! Any good restaurant wood have normally replaced it, but we were told that that’s what they have. So we had to leave it as it is. What is ironical was , We shared our concern with Guest Relationship Manager , who is specially deployed to ensure customer experience , and he said he was sad to to see this and would do better next time but no action taken !!

Dirty restaurant. Food quantity is very low. Taste is very bad. Too much pricy. We ordered paneer vegitable and 4 naan, he gave one naan first, in 10 min got 2 naan. After 15 min I had to go to counter to ask what about 4th one?. Complete nonsense.

Food was pathetic . Not at all close to sandoz taste. We went just on the name of sandoz but really bad experience . Even they changed food also but no taste . Really need to work on food taste

Worst service, Waited for 1 hour and no food was served , Most pathetic restaurant, They don't bother of customers, No hospitality. Please Don't visit. Disappointing
