Simply wow. Once you step in you get the feel of entering into a library. Old age charm, calm and serene. Nice cosy sofas layed out for the perfect comfort.The smell of old books gets to you. A surreal ambience to be honest. It was raining outside, so that added to the feel. We however sat at the bar. Because there was a psychiatry conference going on and they weren't allowing other guests, but it was really nice of them to take us in. And hence it was all very empty. But the guy at the bar, i guess his name was Arpan if i remember correctly did not let us feel out of place. He prepared the cocktails to a T and kept us entertained with all the nice lil story about mussoorie and dehradun. Coming to the food. I dont really remember the chicken dish we had ordered coz its a month now, it was yum but i would really take my time out to mention the crispy golden prawns we had later. The best i had in a while. We simply loved it. Our 2.5 hrs flew past. It was an experience to savour.

Visited last week, it was a great experience... Excellent ambience... Must visit place, i would recommend to stay there for atleast 2 days and enjoy the beauty and peace.. Hygene is good.. Service and staff is nice.. Food quality is good... Room & their bathrooms are clean and maintained.. I'm mesmerized by the views and ambience... Bar also available...

The Writers Bar at Savoy Hotel is pure old-world charm. The cozy interiors instantly transport you to another era. Special shoutout to Aman who served us - extremely polite, courteous, and attentive throughout. The mocktails were refreshing and the veg platter was delicious. A perfect spot for a relaxed evening in Mussoorie. Highly recommended! *

A lovely old world bar! Lots of history, good cocktails and good food! I especially liked the old fashioned and the golden crisp prawns.

So yesterday we visited at writers bar Mussourie so there we ordered drinks and ajwaini panner tikka . it's good and the staff was also amazing and atmosphere is also good and service is awesome . we enjoyed and we sitted there almost 1.5 hrs and relaxed .
