Disappointing Experience at Deluxe Moti Mahal I stayed at Deluxe Moti Mahal on the Haridwar-Delhi highway, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The AC in the room wasn’t working, and the room itself was in terrible condition—far from what you would expect even at a basic hotel, let alone for the high prices they charged. The staff had a rude attitude, and instead of offering any assistance, they told us to carry our own luggage. Despite these issues, they charged us the full amount. We were just 1.5 hours late checking out, after having checked in late at night due to an emergency, yet they were completely inflexible and insisted on charging extra. Overall, this hotel felt like a 2-star experience at best, though they priced it like a 5-star. I would not recommend staying here.
