I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Jabarul. He was incredibly polite and humble while serving food, making us feel truly welcomed. What stood out the most was his enthusiasm and willingness to assist with changes in the menu, ensuring we had the best dining experience. His positive attitude and attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend his service!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant, which has left me deeply dissatisfied. The service was acceptable when we first arrived, and the staff took our spice preferences, but things quickly deteriorated. The starters were served unevenly, with some items, such as the Tangri Kebab and Chicken Seekh Kebab, arriving much later than others. When we asked about them, we were told that tandoor items take longer to cook, yet they arrived cold, making it seem like they were delayed just because they were more expensive. I had to repeatedly ask for the Tangri Kebab, and it only arrived after we had finished the first batch. The Tawa Veg was served as simple pakoras, which was misleading, and when we asked for live white sauce pasta, the staff redirected us to the main course. The live counter dishes, such as the Seekampuri Kebab, were poorly prepared, with cold insides and a burned outer layer, clearly made much earlier and not fresh. In the main course, many of the chafing dishes were empty, and the Mutton Curry was refilled only in small quantities which is of 2 to 3 pcs, causing guests to wait for up to 10 minutes. The fish pieces were tiny, and the Chicken Biryani lacked chicken entirely. Desserts were not replenished, further adding to the disappointment. When we decided to remove the service charge due to the poor experience, the restaurant manager was the only one time approaching us, but he was dismissive and argumentative. He questioned why we hadn’t reported the issues earlier, showing no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation. Additionally, he insisted that pakoras were the same as of the Tawa Veg, which was not explained anywhere in the restaurant. Despite informing the section manager throughout our meal, no action was taken, and the restaurant manager’s response felt dismissive and rude. This has been by far the worst dining experience I’ve had, not just at this restaurant but in all my visits across India. If this kind of service continues, I’m sure it will be the last visit for us and many others in the area. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of your reputed organization, and I regret having spent my first lunch of the new year here.

Had a horrible experience with family last night. Came here with family and as soon as we entered the manager is telling me that I hope I know this is a buffet and it costs 950 rupees and when asked what was on the main course another manager said "Why don't you already know?" Usually Barbecue Nation has great service all over the country but this unit in Mysore was pathetic and they treated us like they were feeding the poor out of force and the noodles, there were many strands where it was RAW and crispy. Never going back. If you're reading this, please reconsider going here.

pathetic pathetic pathetic food and service. everything was undercooked and smelly. despite multiple reminders items were not served. Refills were not done . breads were served too late when main course was cold in plate. Sauces , veg starters , non veg starters were cold, smelly, stale , tasteless. Main course even worse. please save yourself and dont go to this mysore barbeque.
