After a long time had a tastier tandoori chicken cooked to the perfection. It is warm enough considering the distance. The masala used is flavourful however medium spicy only. The chicken is tender and juicy. The salad has a good mix of veggies and the mint dip is ok. Four medium to bigger pieces are offered which is good enough for 1-2 servings. Must try.

Best place to have chicken in mysore. This place serves both veg and non veg of good quality. There service is also very fast. Must try there garlic butter naan and malai chicken tikka.

Extremely Disappointed with Big Chicken's Service. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Big Chicken. The restaurant not only delivered the wrong item but also failed to address my concerns promptly or professionally. I had ordered the chicken sizzler, a dish I was eagerly looking forward to enjoying. However, to my utter dismay, the delivery arrived with a completely different item - chilly chicken. This mistake completely ruined my dining experience and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. Despite multiple attempts to contact Big Chicken through phone calls, they remained unresponsive. The lack of communication and effort to rectify the situation only compounded my disappointment. It is deeply disheartening when a restaurant fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and disregards their customers' concerns. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Big Chicken's behavior fell far below these expectations. I regret to say that based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. I sincerely hope that Big Chicken realizes the impact of their negligence on customer loyalty and takes necessary steps to address these issues in the future. Disappointments like these can severely damage a restaurant's reputation, and it is essential for them to prioritize customer satisfaction and timely communication. Overall, my experience with Big Chicken was deeply disappointing and frustrating.

With much disappointment to inform you about your pathetic food quality. I placed an order from zomato at Big chicken's Bannimantap Mysuru for chinese choupsey dated oct 24th at 6:32pm , where in while mixing i was surprised to see a long black hair in choupsey noodles which was so annoying hence I would request the management to maintain proper hygiene and make sure to deliver the right quality food from next time....

Visited this restaurant today, the staff was so lazy serving that I felt unwelcome to this place. Especially the North Indian guy who took my order. He treated my family like we’ve visited his home and asking for food. Being in a food industry, seriously u guys need to focus and improve ua customer service

Shit taste and no veggies, waste of money and time. Also restaurant number is not reachable and management is irresponsible when we convey our food issues. No replacement made for the customer when raised a complaint.

I had ordered sweet corn soup. Non veg american chopsuey and big crunch meal through zomato. And in soup there was a dead spider. Even food taste was also horibble except big crunch..please think before you order..

Malabar biryani we ordered had cockroach in it, it was disgusting. Worst food ever. And spoke to manager of restaurant and he spoke in such a rubbish way. Shuold ban and cease big chicken restaurant...

Worst taste experienced. The wrap was not as per my expectation and not worth the money. Bangalore big chicken is one of the best restaurant. The waiter was a bit rude. Taste is 1/10.

Order only wrong what a hotel before packing or order received they should check what they have been order without seeing only they send that food.its very bad. Bad experience
