Food item delivered is good.. But when we paid through card money got deducted though payment was unsuccessful and v had to try another mode of payment .. So v had to suffer loss since payment was unsuccessful but money for deducted

We are very old customers of Dolphin from collage days,but as dolphin is opened newly in kuvempunagar we wanted to try out..I have my own business and re ommed alot of clients to this place for bday celebration and stuff...they charge for the small hall for 1500/-and cake extra even though we order food there ..the staff doesn't knw kannada properly,he interacts so rudely...the food served was so horrible,when requested to get it redone..he reacts so badly..All bad experience...plz do not visit this branch

I am writing to complain about an issue at your store. On 10/1/26, I paid ₹70, but I was given a bill for only ₹60. When I asked about the difference, the store staff( only one man that man always standing in billing counter)showed rude behavior and attitude instead of helping.

I had orderd for "chocolate truffle" and I got different pastry....Wen I turned back calling dolphins ppl they say we have sent "special chocolate truffle"well i dint order it. Which taste bad and was dry. Pls next time Do send the right pastry which we order.

Worst French fries of my life,not at all crispy and also the delivery time was so much though I am from near by location mc cain French fries taste lakh times better
