Visited the place with my family, a day back. The ambience was ok, it did look like a cave, but some lighting would have been better. We ordered Laal Maas mutton, Hyderabadi prawns, Butter Roti , Rumali roti - Both Butter roti and Rumali roti were really good, soft and tasty. Mutton was too good, preparation was loved by my family, apt masala , creamy and meat was cooked well, portion size was apt. But Prawns were ok, and very expensive for the quantity served. For dessert we had Gajar ka halwa and tender coconut rasmalai which was good. As far as service is concerned, they were exceptionally good- serving the food, to by mistake my dessert got spilled, which they replaced. We are very happy with the experience we had and would recommend it to people visiting Mysore for the 1st time!

The ambiance at gufha is what attracts people. They have a cave theme restaurant and the waiters are dressed as hunters. Was here yesterday for dinner, unfortunately, we had to wait for 40 mins to get a table it being a Sunday. For drinks, we had Kf premium and Fresh lime. For Appetisers, Chilli mushroom, for main course, we had Tawa Kolhapuri and Butter kulcha. The food was good, portions were decent and the prices are on the higher side. Service could be better for what you pay.

This was the worst place to have food in Mysore. I wish I could have given 0 rating for this shitty place. I visited this place with my family for having lunch. The interiors were like a cave, as the name suggests. First of all, let's talk about the food. We ordered fried rice, paneer tikka masala, paneer makhani, and soft drinks. Both the curries tasted exactly the same and were super spicy. And that fried rice was undercooked and extremely oily. The rice was super hard and spiky. We could not finish it, and the worst part was that my mother and husband fell sick after having lunch there. They got acidity and puked it all out and a very bad headache that we had to cancel next day's plans just to stay back in our rooms. secondly, the lady staff members were awful at their jobs. They were rude and impractical. Once they took the order, they didn't bother to serve us. One of the ladies named Divya handed the plates over to us and asked us to keep them at the table top rather than arranging them by themselves. Also, another lady dropped gravy on my dad. It was such a shame as it was their first visit to Mysore and this restaurant, and they were truly disappointed. The price was way too high for the kind of food they offered. I'm never going back again. Truly disappointed!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The service is pathetic, no one really cares, no one comes to take orders, after asking for water 4 times we got 3 glasses of water for a table of 5 members. The staff is not trained and they will spill food on you while serving and this happened multiple times, the staff are more interested in gossiping with one another than serving the customers. The quantity is very less compared to the price, mutton starter costs 480 and you get 4 tiny pieces of mutton with scrambled eggs. Other items were fine. Biryani was not even available. For all this we had to wait for 45mins for the table. And the cherry on top is there were mosquitoes.

Unprofessional servicing and waiting staff. I ordered starters and main course. They brought everything at once to the table. I asked them serve them to serve main course after we finish starters. The waiters don’t understand the language. The man who took the order instead tried to argue that I should have ordered the main course after finishing my starters. The ambience is dark and the whole waiting staff are talkative and gossiping the entire time instead of waiting the table.

very bad restaurant, do not go to the restaurant and waste your money. they are serving curry on plate, charging too much for their food, their portion size is pathetic, I don't understand how can a restaurant provide food that is so so so less and change a fortune, horrible horrible experience, will never ever visit. Horrible experience.

This restaurant mostly goes for their name and theme... Nothing goes as per price... I mean prices are overrated... Some dishes lack taste... Just the theme nothing else...
