The food was extra salty and extra spicy. The washroom is not accessible to old people / disabled people as you have to walk down stairs to get there. Kindly tell us how are such people supposed to use the restroom? the only redeeming quality of the place were the servers Pooja and Asha. They served us well. It would have been better if the food was good and the place was accessible.

Restaurant ambience was good apart from that some food items were either too sweet or too salty like soda, soups, gravy’s. Starters were great and they arrived very quickly. At last we had ordered a veg Biriyani which took years to come.

The food was good, but the service was quite slow. We had to wait almost half an hour between each dish being served, which made the overall dining experience less pleasant.

First of all staff is very rude. Despite making payment and reserving the team gave us some random seat outside where there was no AC. When asked further the staff first of all refused to answer. When asked for a seat inside which was full (despite reservation) he blindly said you should mention u need AC hall reservation..like really?! then what's the point of reservations..the outside area where no one wanted to go sit was anyways empty.. why should I pay for reservation?! also if a person is visiting for the first time will he already be knowing that there is AC area and non AC area?! they do not know how to manage reservations nor have basic courtesy on how to speak or handle customers. Having said that..not a single person knows how to talk politely in Kannada being heritage capital of Karnataka. Basically my reservation money went on vain and we walked out because of their rude behaviour. After all this, they say if you want AC then wait for 40mins ..(wts the reservation for)
