Rating: 0/5 Ordered food from Sneha Kunja through Zomato/Swiggy and was extremely disappointed. Our order was incomplete, with 3 items missing which is not acceptable. When we tried to contact the hotel, they were completely unresponsive and uncooperative. No refund was offered, and our concerns were ignored. The lack of customer service and carelessness with orders is appalling. For a hotel that's supposed to serve food, they're clearly not taking their customers seriously. DO NOT order from this hotel. Look elsewhere for better food and actual customer care. I'd advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The service was unprofessional, and the attitude was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
