I came here to the Windflower Resort on the 22nd of September 2023. I reached late and was informed even later that everything closes at 10:30pm including room service. so I rushed to the restaurant. I went and sat in The Vineyard Bistro which is apparently the bar. I was immediately questioned as though I had stabbed someone and made to vacate my table. as I was irritated and leaving MR.UDAY the Ill mannered Captain continued my interrogation and forced me yes forced me to sit on a table. I said no way and moved to the restaurant opposite led by Mr Sushant the kind manager who assured me prompt and good service. I was greeted by Mr.Ravi. who took excellent care of me and my lady. I thank Mr.Ravi very sincerely to have helped me change and lighten my mood. I really hope Mr.UDAY is taught how to handle guests more so because he is a Captain and his team will follow his lead.

We (3 families) visited here for lunch at 1:15 pm on 26th Jan'24. They brought both veg/ non veg snacks on time within 15 min. which were tasty as well. However, they took more than 45 min. for serving lunch ( just 3 dishes) and forgot one dish even after that. Veg lunch was just so- so but Non veg was ok. It looked they were unable to handle the rush of 26th Jan. due to lack of cooking staff since they were serving in the rooms as well. Even after complaining to the Mgr., she was not responsive.

Good ambience but the food could be better. had Mangalorean sukka chicken, the chicken was not properly marinated and tasted bland and the flavours had not seeped in. ordered chettinadu chicken, not at all spicy, the gravy was made in coconut and had garlic tadka. their choice os desserts is very limited.

Quantity/quality of food compared to price is not worth and unjust. Not worth visiting this restaurant. Very unfair to customer.

Pathetic place & management! They falsely advertise themselves as pet friendly. After travelling all the way, we were being told that the restaurant is not pet friendly, only certain rooms in the hotel are. We requested for an outside seating as we were with a 6 month old kid & driving to some other place would mean a lot of hassle. They blatantly said no to that. Would not even recommend their pet friendly stays to anyone as they sounded like they have no idea what ‘pet friendly’ means & suggested we can leave our dog with the security if we like! Astonished to see such disgraceful behaviour towards animals from big hotel chains like this!

We were in this restaurant on 14th Feb 2025 on my Daughter's birthday for Dinner. we waited almost 30 minutes to get the menu to order the food and then finally we received our cold food(it was not at all hot) after 30 minutes and that too served without cutleries on the table and even we were asking for everything. Bad experience with waiters(not all) as well, we served from the person called Lokesh and we observed his negligence during serving the food

Had ordered very simple food roti, dal fry and curd rice… roti was made with stale Atta.. then ordered rumali which was ok… curd rice was sour… coming to service it was pathetic had to keep calling them like 10 times for each and everything… do not visit this place waste of time .. not value for money.. even the floor managers or captains in green and blue shirt are good for nothing.. just stand at the bar

So one friday, we decided to take our junior doctors for dinner. Then we ordered a bunch of items. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. The order gets delayed. The continental is made in a desi way. The drinks are terrible. The whole experience was horrible. Please avoid this restaurant.

The place is pathetic. Attitude of staff is so bad as it they are doing charity. Food order takes forever to come. Food quality next to poor.
