when I called out the waiter "excuse me " to place a order , they mock and giggle which was so obviously heard !!!!, even after finished eating apetizers we had to wait for over half n hour to get Biryani and over all it was over n hour after ordering biryani .and About the apetizers the onions and masala is totally departed from the panner , hardly very few panner pieces where there in both biryani and apetizers

There is a lack of food variety in the restaurant and the taste is also to be desired with how much the food costs. The only plus point would be the ambience and the service. So a pretty average experience at best.

we ordered a mutton platter some of the meat kebab was not tender too hard to chew. Biryani was average not flavourful. Cockroaches on the floor and dining tables that was the highlight of our dinner.

They have no system for table booking. Guest were just walking in, and reserving their own table. Guests were hovering over the table to sit while guest were still eating. No host in attendance. Locals and zomato orders are given more priority. The guest were standing outside while the pickup guys were sitting inside on the guests sofas. They kept getting the wrong orders at the wrong tables due to which a few guests walked out even after ordering.. No glasses for drinking and cutlery. The food was served cold. It was chaotic. Very Bad service and food..

I don’t recommend visiting this place for families or anyone expecting it to be clean and good service or other ambiance. Starting with the counter manager, as we had reserved had to wait for 30mins, and upon arriving on time and asking about reservations he was responding in a rude way just for enquiring. I had to go and check with waiter for the table. No one giving attention for order. Even after getting table. Worst experience ever! You can order online instead of visiting!

We really had a very unhygienic experience today and the waiter sweat was dropped into our food platter and it was highlighted to him and he ignored and moved on and the management is not bothered to solve this issue and it’s was not at all a pleasant experience.
