I have been twice, once the crowed was less and the service was good. Second time though we did a reservation, there was no seat available and the service was horrible as the place was as jam packed.

The only good thing about this place is the ambience. The food is really bad- old mutton which is extremely difficult to chew and mango cheese cake was a joke, looked and tasted stale and old. The service was also extremely slow to a point we got the bill 25 mins after requesting for it and after asking 4 different waiters repetitively to get the bill. Horrible service and food, they really messed up what was supposed to be a very nice dinner date. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the experience. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the service and food quality were far below expectations. We had to wait nearly an hour just to receive two dishes, despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. The taste didn’t justify the high pricing either. Overall, poor service, long wait times, and underwhelming food made this a very disappointing visit. Definitely not worth the money.

If I had an option of giving 0 star I would have . I also didn’t understand the logic of paying food bill and drink bill differently. They made us pay drink bill separately not via Zomato. I would not recommend anyone to go for dinning here . The team only focus on in-house guests. Worst experience ever faced.

Pathetic experience. Extremely delayed service—waiting forever even to order, and the food took ages to arrive. When it finally did, it was average at best. The worst part was the ignorant and careless attitude of the waiters, who clearly didn’t care

Even a small roadside shack has more understanding of the word "hospitality" than this hyped up place does. Feels like entering some government office where they act like them allowing you to even enter is your fortune

Really disappointed witb the service it was very slow and they were rude and not at all apologetic about it there was no smile on the faces of staff and made us wait for the food more than an hour

we had to ask for tomato ketchup two times while eating fries... 😁😁😁
