It was wonderful experience with delicious food severed with right temperature we really enjoyed a lot the staff was so generous and suggested what we needed thanks a lot for abhishek who severed us

Aneng was very hospitable and the food here was top notch Dal makhani was excellent and chilly paneer the best I have ever had till now ❤️

The food variety is good and there are multiple options. However the quality and speed of service needs to be improved a lot. Proactiveness is missing. You need to keep calling to serve water for example.

Overall, food experience was average to good. Some improvement areas 1. Vegeterian choices could be better. 2. Daal was burnt 3. Soup sticks and papad were soggy 4. Washrooms could be cleaner

The price does not match the quality and taste of good provided. Service was slow and subpar at best wouldn't visit here confused why this place has high rating should be a 3.5 resturant at best.

Southern Star Restaurant Zest is an absolute disaster. We walked in at 12:15 and didn’t get our food until 2:00 – nearly two hours for the most pathetic excuse of a meal I’ve ever had. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent quality, but instead we were served something that looked and tasted like a dump. The service was slow, clueless, and completely unbothered, and the food was nothing short of disappointing. Save your money and your time – this place is a joke.

The service was terrible. The staff was not even bothered to check if we needed water and was not responsive for any requests made. The buffet spread could have been much better.

The food is too cold and taste is below average for a 5 star hotel...soup and biryani was better compared to other taste less dishes...overall one star experience
