I ordered 2 chicken fried rice and 1 chicken chili & I made online payment. But when I received the delivery their was only 1 chicken fried rice and 1 chicken chili. When I called them they admitted that it was their fault but their kitchen was closed so they cannot complete the order on that date but they will definitely complete the order next day. On humanity basis I let them go as they were accepting their mistake and they were promising to complete the order next day. But on the next day when I called them once or twice they received the phone after that they didn't receive the phone. On one of the phone call the owner of the restaurant directly told me to " go and give complaint where ever I could with rough language ". 🤬😡😡😡😡 They didn't provide us the missing item nor refunded the amount. So I would request you all not to order from this restaurant. So please help yourself out and Don't get cheated. I don't know why the Zomato is not keeping surveillance team. It not just failure of the restaurant but the zomato app too.
