I must say they have increased the quantity of biriyani. One biriyani was good & enough for two persons. Also the taste of food is equally good. Packaging from plastic boxes to paper boxes makes an add on credit to their services. Overall: Good quality & quantity with no less taste.❤️

So we were here with my family for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary ,Earlier planned for other restaurant and than choose to dine in at Thalapakatti,Located and easily acccesiable from anyside to reach this restaurant we all reached by 12:50Pm for lunch ..Had earlier enquired for table reservation and they informed us for walk-in. As we reached the restaurant is located at 1st Floor ,The lift was not workings(seems long time)& a big black board with their today special was crafted and wrritten in it. Parking as they have space constrain 2wheelers are parked narrow to pathway and cars are parked in their conjusted spaces. As We step up to restaurant a basic feel was not there since its very narrow and small entrance and one has to wait either to give pass to one going up/or down and than comes the main entrance but no arrow or sign boards to loacte the restaurant entrance is at left or right. The left side is the restaurant located as we all went inside comes the billing counter/parcel delivery area /waiting lobby area and Grill Counter with Glass Covered. And than a sculputure of old age lady with hand stone grinding tool. We were seated immediately and politely. 1.Menu card was placed only 1 for 4 people. 2.Water Preference was not even asked. 3.As we asked foe baby chair they said its not available. 4.Restaurant was busy with operations. 5.We ordered our food as Soup& Starters ,Maincourse and Sides and Desserts Our Orders Soup : Sweet Corn Veg Soup (2/4) Typically the soup has only starchy flavour with abdunace of sweetness and had bits of carrots /beans and some corns. And if was let down. Rating 0/5 Starters : Veg Spring Rolls 2 Pieces cut into four with no so appetizing presentation and no side(sweet chilli or ketchup) served. Tastewise good and oily,difficult to pickup as the filling from inside pokedout in plates. Rating :2/5 Paneer Tikka Slightly served cold with presentation was good a long array of panner chuncks/onions/capsicum and tomatoes with yellowish colour served with raw shreded onions and mint chutney. Taste wise good,worth ordering as my toddler and mother liked it. NO Spice level Rating4/5. Thalappakatti Pepper Chicken Lollypop Spicy fiery dark colour chicken leg peices fried and tossed in special spices and sauce. Tangled our tastebuds and we enjoyed. Our 2 year old like it but couldnt manage the heat Rating :4/5 MAINCOURSE 3 Garlic Naan 3 Tandoori Roti 1 Chicken 65 Biryani 1 Veg Noodles 1 Paneer Butter Masala 1 Murg Tikkka Masala Mutton Kola Urundai Garlic Naan arrived bit cold ans crispness and softness has losen it state. Tandoori roti arrived once we were done and full had to ask the parcel. Paneer Butter Masala was the sweetned version any pro North Indian or a foodie who knows the flavour will refuse to dignified is as Paneer Butter Masala. Panner Chunks were soft. Murg Tikka Masala To be very precise its a total let down with name the chicken chunks no were tandooried and the gravy have no traces of tikka masla its a typical southIndian Chicken Masala.Just the taste of this weng along with breads. Veg noodles Okayish and good amount of veggies ,no sides of tomato/chilli sauce were provided. Chicken 65 Biryani The only saver of our overall experinece in main course ..however an boiled egg and curd raita were missing. Totally liked it as its an emotion. The sequence of main course was totally a saddest part Biryani and Noodles arrived first Breads And at last gravies and than almost at finishing got the other breads. Rating 3/5 Desserts/Juices We order 1 lime Mint Cooler 1 Jigarthanda Both were satisfactory to our taste and likinings. Over all rating Food 3/5 Service for placing orders and receiving :4/5 Service for serving 0/5 Billings :4/5 Over all comfortness (Ac/wash area/etc)4/5 Was it a VFM ...no the food ordered and accordingly was higer on rate. Some suggestions whuch can be rectified 1.Waiter should ask preference of waters 2.Cutlery should be placed in tables or provided along with dishes(restaurant cant think every consumer will eat with hands) 3.Kids attractions in menu along with some additional baby chairs 4.Service sequence 5.Product correction

Tried at Nagercoil branch for first time. Although we had informed earlier about out visit and paid for the starters to be service on time, the service was slow. I guess a lot of outside orders were being handled whereas the service for diners were delayed. The staff however caught up and did well. Mutton Biryani was a bit overcooked. Mutton milagu soup was warm mutton boiled water. Chicken drumstick were very small. Dragon chicken was good but less quantity. Egg Fried rice was ok when accompanied with Chilli chicken. Paneer was dry in paneer tikka. Naan needs a lot of improvement. Butter chicken was sweet. Compared to Chennai branches, this branch needs to be better.

One have to pay for the brand and not food. If you are a normal eater, order more as the quantity is likely less. Only brand image and nothing more, plain gravy for Biryani can be thrown away without hesitation, that much worst. Biryani taste is okay but not extraordinary. Overall high price for average food.

When compare the price the quantity is very less. Ordered chicken biriyani and fried chicken. The order taker recommended moru moru chicken. The biriyani has one piece of chicken and some rice. Taste is OK but the quantity for one person is less. The same biriyani we got takeaway before the quantity is enough for one person. While dine in its different. Service also not satisfied. Dine in area is too tidy. Totally disappointed

Worst and waste hotel in NAGERCOIL... Am a foodie , I had food in all hotels in all districts but the worst one is Nagercoil Dindigul thalappakatti, Service is worst ! Two days back I ordered iftar box in thalappakatti in that they mentioned haleem is there in box , in that the worst one is haleem( mainly I like haleem that's y I ordered here) , I had haleem in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad but the worst taste i had in Dindigul thalappakatti Nagercoil branch, they gave some daal and telling that is haleem, dates worst, watermelon I never had a worst piece, .. the briyani is the one thing they gave nice except everything is waste. I have tasted Dindigul thalappakatti branches all over tamilnadu but I had a bad and Worst experience every time while having in thalappakatti Nagercoil branch.

Parotta should be soft but which they gave was frozen. They just reheated with too much of oil. The gravy was spoiled. Totally waste of money. Worst experience ever.

Very highly price. But Quantity is very low. Like ten years old boy Needed 2 parcels biryani. That much low quantity food. But price locking like 7 star hotel.

I ordered biriyani and prawn curry from here. The food is very bad. It is a waste of money . This is the second time I have bad experience.

Totally waste of money ! Never ever order from here, rate is sky high and quantity is very very low.
