I whenever go here for dinner it's mostly busy and we are kept waiting due to rush. This is the only thing bothering me, otherwise food after the waiting time is always good. Went today for lunch here and it was a very good experience. Less rush, quick service, and delicious food. Had tandoori chicken, chicken bhoona and chicken biryani. Good experience today :)

I waited for 2 hours and finally when i good seated lack of staff to serve and top of that biryani was also not good. Remaing food and starters was tasty.

Visited Arabian Taj, Sadar with a group of 18 people for family get-together. Even after 14 of us arrived, the staff refused to seat us and insisted on waiting for everyone, despite having a private family area. I was with a baby and was not even allowed to place an order until seating. After we were finally seated, I ordered a veg starter, while the rest of the group ordered a non-veg platter. Shockingly, the non-veg platter was served much earlier, while my veg order was delayed without any explanation. This reflects poor coordination and unprofessional service. To make matters worse, the food quality was extremely poor — overly oily and looked unhygienic. Overall, the experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far from family-friendly. This restaurant showed no flexibility, no customer empathy, and no basic service etiquette. Definitely not recommended, especially for families or large groups.

Today I had an unfortunate experience at [Hotel Arabian Taj]. I was marred by a series of disappointments that left me questioning the level of service this establishment claims to provide. One of the most disappointing aspects was the dining experience. I had placed an order for a specific dish, only to receive something entirely different. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they attempted to shift the blame and changed their initial statement about the menu. Such blatant disregard for the customer's expectations is simply unacceptable. The issues didn't stop there. The hotel's staff seemed to have a habit of changing their statements.

I have ordered a veg biryani and they put a piece of bone in it & when I told the staff about it they took the plate away & disposed it quickly so that I can not take any pictures, after that the staff was asking for any other order instead of the original one. All I want to say is if you are a vegetarian don't ever go to this place they will put a bone or a piece of meat delebrately in your mouth.

We ordered take away veg biryani And they got us stale biryani . We cant even eat one bite of that biryani.We called the restaurant and they were like " agli baar nahi hoga or else aap aajayiye hum dusri biryani de dete hai " .Since i stay in manish nagar i cant affort to go to sadar just for one biryani. Strict action should be taken so that they dont give stale food to any other customer.

“Never Again” Terrible food, terrible service, terrible atmosphere. The food was cold, tasteless, and overpriced. Staff were rude and careless, with zero professionalism. The place itself felt dirty and neglected. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor—avoid this restaurant completely.

Service and owner’s behaviour is rude. Overrated. Rather go to Babbu’s on CA road.
