Food was very yummy, everything was best specially non veg lovers have to try this. the staff was unbelievable,very helpful and happily serving many times. It was amazing, the sales manager who really made it special his name starts with I sorry to forget it rest Dipanshi, Abhishek and each and every one of the staff is great at what they do, have been to BN in other cities as well but Nagpur one is the best in all terms!

there was no additional request accepted. very few items included in the veg menu. multiple call out . recording was taking more time. chaotic and I'm not sure if I would visit again. I have visited other locations in pune and a few other cities in Maharashtra but here in Nagpur I didn't enjoy my meals and services

Mutton was not upto the mark as some pieces was raw, also tandoori roti was not served, only 1 roti served but that to very late.

Food items can be better. Accompaniments definitely need an upgrade. Ambience, staff, service is amazing..!
