Does anyone else crave cold coffee like I do?? This is one of the best coffees I've ever tasted including Starbucks' coffee. This is Cafe Coffee Day's infamous DEVIL'S OWN. Ccd has always been my go to place to have coffee whether hot or cold. I love the ambience there besides the great aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Ratings - 5/5 Cost - ₹230/- exclusive of taxes. The other thing in the photo TANDOORI CHICKEN SANDWICH. Rating - 3/5 Cost - ₹170/- The staff here is friendly, the place is great for casual outing or to go on a date or to have business meetings. I like the songs they play which adds to its great ambience.

I absolutely love the ambience of this outlet it is perfect for one to just sit back listen to some music and read a book. Their coffee is also very refreshing and enlightens your mood within seconds. I would totally recommend this place.

The taste of Dutch Truffle Cake is beyond expectations. I just love it's taste which is even consistent over a period of a year. These 5 stars are only for cake.

Been here once and the ENVIRONMENT is good and friendly. I asked for a redbull they don't serve it, instead they have their own energy drink named storm which tasted a bit similar to the red bull and ordered Oreo shake with the same order. My friend adviced me to try Oreo shake so we visited toghter but this time even my friend was not satisfied with the Oreo shake. Could delve more.

Been this place last week. Personally I am big fan of CCD Y bcoz as soon as we entered, AROMA of coffee just wow!!! Staff and service is good Nice experience in nagpur CCD also. ☺️😘

Good place to spend time with your dear once. Many items from the menu are not available. Price is slightly higher but quality is good. Ambience is good but no washrooms inside. Can be a good option for meetings too...

Maximum number of items they had in their menu weren't available. Very bad service! They kept on switching off the AC after regular intervals, I don't know to save electricity or what, as number of persons sitting at that time were very less. I had to repeatedly tell them to switch on the ventillation, which I believe should not be the case even if one person is sitting at their outlet !! Moreover, after payment, they didn't return my change. This kind of reckless & inconsiderate behaviour was not expected from CCD👎

No air conditioning in the hot summer of Nagpur where temperature soars to 47 degrees. On asking about the same the operator said that a.c.is under maintenance. Who does maintain of a.c.in hot summer? Torturing customers and saving on bills is not cool café coffee day. Very disappointed!
