This was my third visit to the cafe and although I left every time feeling like I would return, this time I am sure I won’t. The food 3/5 dishes were above average. Some dishes, specifically the “Sundried tomato and feta cheese with mushroom” was exceptionally pungent and bad tasting. When we informed our server, he was polite enough to check with the chef and management but provided no resolution. After repeated argument for about 20 mins, the part owner showed up saying “this is our curation, if it doesn’t suit your taste buds, we can’t do anything about it.” Finally they did remove the item from the bill but the entire experience of arrogance and no one to even take feedback was just unpleasant and unnecessary on a Saturday morning. In conclusion, it’s not a place with Service mindset.

the food was great and I was doing my work simultaneously, but then the waitress asked me to shift to another table to accommodate guests, but the cafe was half empty and her facial express ions showed everything, I sensed disgust so I left... cafes are meant to hangout or get our work done, and it wasn't crowded so I didn't find the reason for her to react this way

I visited this place on a Wednesday morning for breakfast, we waited for 10 mins and asked the waiter to take the order when she wasn’t even bothered to take any order or about the customers. Least we expect is to acknowledge the presence of the customers. We left from the place immediately.
