Ordered:-Royal falooda,Strawberry sundaee,Mini pulp fudge Sunadee Price:-100/- & Rs140/-(Sundaee's) The taste was yuumy.The vanilla ice cream scoop in it was just perfect with it. The strawberry sundae was awesome and yummy .The mini pulp fudge was the best i hv eva eat till now.The packaging was good. The delivery was fast and service was prompt. My long lost wish of eating an ice cream finally ended yesterday when we went over to Gianis in the VCA Complex. There are two options Golden Delight and Black Forest Delight ( can't remember! ) We got the golden one as my husband likes 🍍. They have a lot of other options with ice creams, shakes etc.

One of the best Belgian choclate ice cream i had in Nagpur is here, other flavours that I also liked were tutti fruity, also like their ice cream cakes which are super yummy. Place is small but ambience is nice, cute. Service is good.

The place lacks some items which are the most important highlights of the gianis. The taste is brilliant but it lacks the feel of the delhi wali gianis and the radri faluda. Still I have hopes and will visit again for anything new on there menu.

We have received Royal falooda from your restaurant. We think it was a worst kind of falooda we have ever had. We think we have been cheated as there was no Ice-cream in it. It was only sweet noodles dipped in rose milk. Too much disappointed with Zomato as it is there responsibility for the food quality served by there vendors.

Quantity is a disappointment. Look at the amount of shakes was provided for 200/-. Worst to come, the mocha chocolate shake had no coffee taste. Please do not bluff the customers with such a brand name, and such quality service, we still have way better brand we already are visiting. For shake lovers this is total no for now.

The restaurant did not heat the brownie and it was very hard and cold. It should be hot and soft to give the hot and cold effect. I am very disappointed with the brownie sundae this time.

Fake flavours, they serve Blackcurrant in the name of Blueberry and put raisins instead of Blueberry. They will never agree to this fact. 👎👎👎

Ordered - royal falooda Kesar falooda Taste - 1/5 Both falooda lacked basic taste. It had no sweetness in it,best for diabetic patients. Worst ever
