Ordered Chole bature and was served kaale chane instead of Chole. pathetic taste. Haldiram is losing its charm and taste. Will never make the same mistake again.

Haldiram's is a place which is not only a piece of heart of Nagpur's people but also of people of other cities and not to mention even of the people who live abroad. It is the best place to visit for all kinds of appétit. From breakfast to desert one can easily pins ones hope on this place. Cakewalk for all the vegetarians out there as it is radically a veg place. Staff is really polite and a very salubrious place. Truly reasonable for every being there. Kudos!

We ordered bombay sandwich thinking it wld be like bombay sandwich, but we got extremely spicy one, cld not eat it rest assured relish.if u don’t eat spicy avoid ordering it, waste of money.the exotic sizzler was gd but no exotic veggie, it had one cutlet, stuffed tomato & stuffed capsicum, but thankfully it was very edible

Nowadays Haldiram's food has changed I think so that may their chef be changed, their fast service is changed into slow service. I hope that Haldiram's team will improve themselves.

Disastrous experience at Haldiram's Planet Food in Swawalambi Nagar. I tried their famous RAJKACHORI qhich I am a huge fan of, but this time the filling was not good. Bhalla inside had a K'Kaccha Besan' taste in it. Usual boiled moong was missing (5/10) from us. And ALOO PARATHA was our worst nightmare Can you imagine, it was FROZEN ALOO PARATHA with say 10% aloo in it. पता नहीं क्या अल्लम गल्लम मसाले डाले थे , इतना बेस्वाद था की मन हुआ इनके किचन में घुसकर एक class ले लूं इनके chefs की (-10/10 from us ) .

Had ordered Sambar wada from here, anybody could tell that wada was fried in used oil. I could smell that the oil was used for frying jalebi or some sort of sweet before it was used for frying wada..We know that re-used oil has high amount of cholesterol and triglycerides. And when we r paying the full amount why they do such kind of cheating.. These things could be expected from road side vendors not Haldiram. Had 2-3 bad experiences from this outlet in specific. Once they served chole bhature by adding water as it was last order, then replaced it with pav bhaji after complaining....

I recently had Haldiram’s Chholey Bhature and was disappointed with the quality of the food. The chholey was just okay, but not of good quality. The Bhature was little bigger than a regular homemade poori and much smaller than Bhature. It appears that it was made with Dalda kind of fat, which made it difficult to eat. In fact, the poor quality of the food made me vomit. I was very disappointed with the food and would not recommend it. Apparently I had to throw the food. I expected better from a brand like Haldiram’s.

The waiter one mr.rutik rathore was very rude to us they should really work on manners of the staff.
